Responsible for defining, implementing, and overseeing the organization’s data governance framework. This role ensures that data is properly managed, classified, and used in compliance with both internal policies and external regulations. The role includes managing data ownership, metadata management, and data quality practices. By providing a clear structure for how data is handled and accessed, the Data Governance Section Head helps ensure data value across the organization.<br>Developing the Data Governance Framework:Design and implement a comprehensive data governance framework, covering data ownership, data classification, policies, and procedures. Establish clear roles and responsibilities for Data Stewards, Data Owners, and Data Users, ensuring accountability for data management throughout the organization<br>Metadata Management:Develop and manage a metadata management framework, ensuring that all data is properly cataloged, classified, and tagged with appropriate metadata to improve discoverability and usability.
