<p><strong>Main Job Duties:</strong></p><ul><li>Assist the Sales Manager in leading, directing and motivating the sales team in order to achieve the overall corporate sales objectives.</li><li>Assist the Sales Manager in revising and implementing the sales strategies plans.</li><li>Assist the Sales Manager in generating sales opportunities by identifying appropriate business targets.</li><li>Assist the Sales Manager in providing a professional and excellent level of customer service with existing and new customer’s.</li><li>Assist Sales Manager by completing all assigned duties.</li><li>Handle customer issues, resolution and communicate escalated issues to the Sales Manager Supervise on Sales promoters</li><li>Assist with sales rep questions, concerns and product/service questions</li><li>Create reports showing Sales %, install %, adherence, and attendance etc.</li><li>Make sure all promoters adhere to company policies and procedures (example: dress code, eating food at station, cell phone usage, etc.)</li><li>Deliver positive feedback, Employee Rewards and Customer Recognition to the employee.</li><li>Communicate all employee relations issues, concerns, and incidents to Sales Manager.</li></ul>

<p><strong>Job Title</strong>: Fleet Operations Manager.<br><br><strong>Job Profile:</strong><br>The Fleet Manager is responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of fleet operations, including heavy trucks, loaders, and forklifts. This role ensures optimal performance, safety, and cost-efficiency across all equipment and vehicles. The position focuses on managing maintenance programs, minimizing downtime, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will bring extensive technical and operational expertise in managing heavy equipment fleets within an industrial or logistics environment.<br><br><strong>Job Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>- Supervise and control all fleet assets, including <strong>trucks, forklifts, loaders, and heavy-duty vehicles</strong>, ensuring operational reliability and efficiency.<br>- Develop and implement preventive maintenance and inspection programs to extend the lifespan of all equipment.<br>- Manage workshop operations, spare parts inventory, and vendor relationships to guarantee timely and cost-effective repairs.<br>- Monitor vehicle and equipment utilization to optimize productivity and reduce idle time.<br>- Ensure all fleet operations comply with transportation, safety, and environmental regulations.<br>- Investigate breakdowns and accidents, analyze root causes, and implement corrective and preventive measures.<br>- Establish performance metrics and KPIs for fleet efficiency, fuel consumption, and maintenance costs.<br>- Prepare and manage annual fleet budgets, track expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities.<br>- Lead, train, and evaluate the Fleet Operations and Maintenance Teams, ensuring strong technical performance and safety awareness.<br>- Collaborate with internal departments (Logistics, Operations, and Procurement) to streamline fleet scheduling and resource allocation.<br>- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance fleet uptime and operational standards.</p>

<ul><li>This is a full-time on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt, for an SMEs Sr. Relationship Manager.</li><li>The role entails developing strong relationships with micro, small, and medium enterprise clients to understand their financial needs and offer tailored solutions.</li><li>The successful candidate will be responsible for prospecting potential clients, analyzing business opportunities to grow the SME portfolio, and maintaining records in compliance with company guidelines. <p>ضمان توفر الآلات لتحقيق خطة الإنتاج ضمن الجدول الزمني المحدد، ومعايير الجودة المطلوبة، وبأقل تكلفة ممكنة.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>المسؤوليات الرئيسية:</strong></p><ul><li><p>تطوير خطة الصيانة الوقائية السنوية بالتنسيق مع قسم التخطيط.</p></li><li><p>وضع خطط لتركيب وتشغيل الآلات الجديدة بالتعاون مع أقسام الإنتاج والتخطيط.</p></li><li><p>تحديد واختيار المعدات الضرورية للشراء لتلبية خطة المبيعات وتتماشى مع استراتيجية تطوير الإنتاج.</p></li><li><p>إعداد ميزانية الصيانة السنوية، مراجعة وتحليل النفقات على أساس ربع سنوي وشهري (المصروفات مقابل الميزانية)، واتخاذ الإجراءات التصحيحية عند الحاجة بالتنسيق مع المدير المباشر.</p></li><li><p>مراجعة وتحليل التقارير اليومية حول توفر الآ machines والانهيارات ومشاكل الجودة، والتأكد من اتخاذ الإجراءات التصحيحية عند الحاجة.</p></li><li><p>التأكد من جاهزية جميع الآلات والمعدات والكوادر والأدوات دائماً للعمل وتلبية المواصفات والمعايير المطلوبة.</p></li><li><p>توفير التوجيه الفني والدعم لمهندسي ومشرفي الصيانة لتعزيز تطوير المهارات والأداء.</p></li><li><p>تقييم أداء فريق الصيانة على أساس يومي وشهري بناءً على مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية وتنفيذ خطط التطوير وفقاً لذلك.</p></li><li><p>مراقبة مستويات مخزون قطع الغيار issuing طلبات الشراء حسب الحاجة.</p></li><li><p>اقتراح وتنفيذ حلول فعالة من حيث التكلفة لتقليل النفقات التشغيلية المتعلقة بالآلات.</p></li><li><p>التأكد من امتثال الموظفين لمعايير الصحة والسلامة وتنظيم مكان العمل وفق 5S.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>المتطلبات</strong></p><p><strong>المؤهلات الأكاديمية والمهنية:</strong></p><ul><li><p>درجة البكالوريوس في <strong>الهندسة الميكانيكية أو الكهربائية</strong>.</p></li><li><p>خبرة عملية لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في المجال ذات صلة. ويفضل خلفية صيانة ميكانيكية.</p></li><li><p>مهارات قيادية واتخاذ قرارات قوية</p></li></ul><p><br>&nbsp;</p>
