Environment: Internal: Company departments and Stakeholders. External: foreign Suppliers,Customs Clearance Agents, Shipping Lines, Freight Forwarders, Customs Authority, General Authority for Investment, and General Organization for Export &amp; Import Control, Egyptian Drug Authority, Armament Authority, seaports Authority. Key Responsibility: 1. Ensure adherence to customs laws, regulations, and all import/export restrictions. 2. Coordinate ACID applications on the Nafiza system along with Cargo-X registration processes. 3. Liaise with customs offices in (airport/seaport), freight forwarders and other relevant stakeholders to facilitate clearance procedures. 4. Coordinate the customs clearance process for both imports and exports. 5. Prepare customs documentation to ensure compliance with all domestic and international import and export regulations. 6. Prepare MOH approvals documentation to EDA to obtain importation approvals for Medical Equipment. 7. Complete all required customs documents, including invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and shipping declarations. 8. Accurately classify goods using applicable customs tariff codes and ensure correct declarations. 9.
