Developer Compass is the central platform within the StagE ecosystem that enables software development teams to discover, subscribe to, and manage development tools and licenses. The platform streamlines onboarding, provisioning, governance, and billing processes while improving developer productivity through a self-service experience.
We are seeking a highly motivated Full Stack Developer to join the Developer Compass team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining backend services and frontend applications that support the Developer Compass platform.
The ideal candidate is comfortable working across modern cloud-native architectures, microservices, event-driven solutions, and React-based user interfaces while collaborating closely with Product Owners, Architects, DevOps Engineers, and Scrum teams.
Responsibilities
Development
Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs.
Develop responsive frontend applications using React.
Build and maintain microservices supporting Developer Compass capabilities.
Integrate with internal enterprise systems and third-party APIs.
Design solutions following Event-Driven Architecture (EDA) principles.
Participate in technical design discussions and architectural reviews.
Cloud & Platform Engineering
Develop cloud-native solutions on Microsoft Azure.
Work with Kubernetes and containerized deployments.
Implement messaging and integration solutions using Azure Service Bus and storage-based messaging.
Ensure application reliability, performance, and scalability.
Quality Engineering
Create and maintain automated unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
Participate in code reviews and engineering excellence initiatives.
Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and quality standards.
DevOps & CI/CD
Contribute to GitHub Actions pipelines.
Support Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery practices.
Collaborate with DevOps engineers to optimize deployment and monitoring.
Agile Delivery
