<ul><li><p>Develop and implement HSE plans, strategies, policies and procedures in the workplace.</p></li><li><p>Solve any problems promptly in align with HSE procedures.</p></li><li><p>Implement and communicate all environmental, health and safety programs for the Organization.</p></li><li><p>Perform safety inspections and prepare written reports of findings and recommendations for corrective and preventative actions.</p></li><li><p>Ensure compliance with timely reporting and statistics as required by health safety regulations.</p></li><li><p>Identify the hazards and perform an effective risk assessment to control potential hazards.</p></li><li><p>Investigate incidents to determine their root causes and develop a corrective action plan to avoid their recurrence.</p></li><li><p>Create and lead the safety committee to ensure compliance with safety regulations.</p></li><li><p>Develop and implement a work permit system, including the creation of necessary procedures and documentation.</p></li><li><p>Ensure compliance of the fire systems maintenance standard operating procedures to guarantee its efficiency.</p></li><li><p>Manage emergency situations effectively to prevent fatalities and injuries in the workplace.</p></li><li><p>Conduct internal safety training for health and safety matters and accident prevention to increase staff awareness of HSE regulations.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor degree in Engineering, Science or equivalent with additional professional qualifications in HSE and Fire &amp; Safety Management Systems.</p></li><li><p>English proficiency is required.</p></li><li><p>HSE Specialist Certificate.</p></li><li><p>OSHA General Certificate.</p></li><li><p>Civil Defense Training.</p></li><li><p>Minimum 5 years of experience in HSE roles in manufacturing sector.</p></li><li><p>Only Males can apply.</p></li></ul><p></p>
