Job Purpose:The Production & Design Engineer is responsible for overseeing the daily manufacturing operations, managing the factory floor team, and bridge the gap between technical design and physical production. This role is responsible for overseeing and improving quality assurance processes, conducting internal audits, and ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulatory requirements. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing documentation, monitoring production or service workflows, identifying non-conformities, and implementing corrective and preventive actions. The specialist will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, provide training and guidance on quality procedures, and support continuous improvement initiatives. This role also involves generating quality reports, analyzing trends, and recommending process enhancements to maintain high performance and consistency.<br>Qualifications<br> <br>Strong background in Quality Control and Quality Assurance, with demonstrated ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions. Experience in Quality Management, including developing, maintaining, and improving quality systems and procedures. Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and related industry standards, with practical experience applying these in operational settings. About the Role:We are looking for an innovative and experienced Research & Development (R&D) Manager to lead the development of new cosmetic and personal care products while enhancing existing formulations. The successful candidate will oversee product innovation from concept to commercialization, ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory standards while meeting market trends and customer needs.<br>Key Responsibilities:<br>Lead the research, formulation, and development of new cosmetic and personal care products. Improve and optimize existing formulations for performance, stability, quality, and cost efficiency. Manage product development projects from concept through laboratory trials, pilot batches, validation, and commercial production. Ensure all formulations comply with applicable regulatory requirements, GMP, and quality standards. Conduct stability, compatibility, and performance evaluations of new products. Collaborate with Production, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Procurement, Marketing, and Sales teams to support successful product launches. Evaluate and qualify new raw materials and suppliers. Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, consumer preferences, and regulatory updates. Maintain accurate formulation records, technical documentation, and product specifications.
