<h2 ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">اعلان الهيئة المصرية لسلامة الملاحة البحرية عن وظيفة مدير إدارة الأمن (القناة ودمياط)</span></h2><h3 ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">الغرض من الوظيفة:</span></h3><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">الإشراف على تنظيم وإدارة جميع جوانب الأمن والسلامة بمنشآت الهيئة والعاملين والمترددين عليها، وحمايتها من أعمال التخريب والتجسس والسرقة والحرائق، مع المشاركة في إعداد وتنفيذ الخطط والبرامج الأمنية وفقًا لسياسات الهيئة.</span></p><h3 ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">أبرز المهام والمسؤوليات:</span></h3><h4 ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">المهام الإدارية:</span></h4><ul><li><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">المشاركة في إعداد السياسات والبرامج التشغيلية بما يتوافق مع الخطة الاستراتيجية للهيئة.</span></p></li><li><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">متابعة وتقييم أداء الإدارة والعاملين وضمان الالتزام بالأنظمة واللوائح.</span></p></li><li><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">تحديد احتياجات الإدارة من الموارد البشرية والتدريبية والمالية.</span></p></li><li><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">إعداد ورفع التقارير الدورية الخاصة بسير العمل إلى الرئيس المباشر.</span></p></li></ul><h4 ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">المهام التخصصية:</span></h4><ul><li><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">نشر الوعي الأمني بين العاملين والمترددين وتأمين المنشآت والمرافق.</span></p></li><li><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">إعداد تقارير دورية عن الحالة الأمنية واقتراح خطط التطوير.</span></p></li><li><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">التنسيق مع الجهات الأمنية المختصة قبل المؤتمرات والزيارات الرسمية.</span></p></li><li><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">إعداد وتنفيذ الخطط الأمنية الخاصة بالفرع.</span></p></li><li><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">تنظيم حركة دخول وخروج الأفراد والمركبات ومنع التكدس.</span></p></li><li><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">إصدار تصاريح العاملين وتأمين سجلات الحضور والانصراف وسجلات الزوار.</span></p></li><li><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">إبداء الرأي الأمني بشأن المعلومات والبيانات الرسمية.</span></p></li><li><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">تأمين البريد والطرود ووسائل الاتصال والإبلاغ عن الأحداث الطارئة.</span></p></li><li><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">المشاركة في إعداد وتطوير خطط الطوارئ وإدارة الأزمات.</span></p></li><li><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">إبداء الرأي الأمني بشأن التعيينات والانتدابات والسفر للخارج.</span></p></li><li><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">متابعة نشاط الخبراء الأجانب وإبلاغ الإدارة المختصة بأي ملاحظات.</span></p></li><li><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">الإشراف على استخدام وصيانة أجهزة الاتصال اللاسلكي.</span></p></li><li><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">تمثيل الهيئة في الاجتماعات والبرامج التدريبية المتعلقة بالأمن.</span></p></li><li><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">الإشراف على تأمين تحركات القيادات واستقبال الوفود والزوار.</span></p></li><li><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">إصدار النشرات والتوجيهات الأمنية للعاملين.</span></p></li><li><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">التنسيق بين إدارات الهيئة لتأمين الاجتماعات والمؤتمرات وضمان سريتها.</span></p></li><li><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">تنفيذ أي مهام أخرى تدخل ضمن طبيعة الوظيفة.</span></p></li></ul><h3 ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">المهارات والجدارات المطلوبة:</span></h3><ul><li><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">إجادة إحدى اللغات الأجنبية.</span></p></li><li><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">إجادة استخدام الحاسب الآلي وتطبيقاته.</span></p></li><li><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">معرفة جيدة بالقوانين واللوائح المنظمة للعمل.</span></p></li><li><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">مهارات الإشراف والتحفيز.</span></p></li><li><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">القدرة على إعداد البرامج والخطط التنفيذية.</span></p></li><li><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">مهارات قيادة فرق العمل.</span></p></li><li><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">إدارة الوقت بكفاءة.</span></p></li></ul><h3 ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">الخبرة المطلوبة:</span></h3><ul><li><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">للعاملين بالجهاز الإداري للدولة: قضاء مدة بينية لا تقل عن سنة في وظيفة من المستوى الأول (ب).</span></p></li><li><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">للمتقدمين من خارج الجهاز الإداري للدولة: خبرة عملية لا تقل عن 16 عامًا في مجال يتوافق مع طبيعة الوظيفة.</span></p></li></ul>
