<p><strong>Job Responsibilities and Duties </strong></p><p><strong>1: Implementation of Plans and Business Development</strong></p><ul><li>Execute the branch operational plan in alignment with the center’s strategy and sectoral objectives.</li><li>Build and continuously update the client database through ongoing communication with current and potential clients.</li><li>Conduct field visits to targeted factories and companies to promote the center’s services and enhance cooperation opportunities.</li></ul><p><strong>2: Client Assessment and Identifying Development Opportunities</strong></p><ul><li>Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients from technical, administrative, and financial perspectives to identify their actual needs.</li><li>Analyze gaps and identify suitable business development opportunities, particularly in the food industries sector.</li><li>Propose solutions and development initiatives that enhance companies’ efficiency and competitiveness.</li></ul><p><strong>3: Project Design and Management</strong></p><ul><li>Prepare the Scope of Work (SOW) for proposed projects and draft contractual terms in coordination with relevant technical departments.</li><li>Actively participate in proposal evaluation committees and the selection of service providers.</li><li>Coordinate and manage project kick-off, implementation, and closure meetings to ensure compliance with technical requirements and quality standards.</li><li>Monitor project implementation on-site, track timelines, and address any challenges or obstacles.</li><li>Review technical deliverables in coordination with relevant departments to ensure compliance with contractual terms.</li></ul><p><strong>4: Contracts and Financial Procedures</strong></p><ul><li>Prepare contracts and obtain necessary approvals in accordance with approved procedures.</li><li>Prepare and review payment documents and required technical reports for payment approvals.</li><li>Follow up on project payments and coordinate with the finance department.</li><li>Manage and launch tenders for projects within the approved financial limits.</li><li>Participate in bid evaluation committees.</li></ul><p><strong>5: Follow-up, Reporting, and Performance Measurement</strong></p><ul><li>Prepare periodic progress reports and submit them to the Branch Manager.</li><li>Resolve any issues related to project implementation.</li><li>Evaluate projects upon completion to measure their developmental and economic impact.</li><li>Document lessons learned and success stories to improve future performance.</li></ul><p><strong>6: Institutional Coordination and Policy Development</strong></p><ul><li>Contribute to sectoral initiatives and technical meetings related to sector development.</li><li>Share and analyze field data to support the development of industrial policies and programs in coordination with relevant departments.</li></ul><p><strong>7: Administration and Organization</strong></p><ul><li>Organize and maintain files and data accurately in coordination with the branch administrator.</li><li>Perform any other tasks assigned within the scope of the job role.</li></ul>
