<p><strong>المسؤوليات:</strong></p><ul><li>إدارة جميع جوانب مشاريع بناء أو تجديد الفنادق، بدءًا من التخطيط وحتى الإتمام.</li><li>إعداد والإشراف على الجداول الزمنية للمشروع، والميزانيات، وخطط العمل، مع ضمان التسليم في الوقت المحدد وبأقل تكلفة ممكنة.</li><li>التنسيق مع المهندسين المعماريين والاستشاريين والمقاولين لضمان تلبية التصاميم والبناء لمعايير الجودة والتشغيل.</li><li>ضمان الالتزام بقوانين البناء، ولوائح السلامة، ومعايير الشركة طوال فترة تنفيذ المشروع.</li><li>إجراء زيارات ميدانية منتظمة لمتابعة التقدم، ومعالجة المشكلات، وتقديم التوجيه الفني.</li><li>قيادة وتسهيل اجتماعات المشروع مع الفرق الداخلية والاستشاريين والمقاولين للحفاظ على التوافق مع الأهداف.</li><li>إدارة مخاطر المشروع من خلال تحديد المشكلات المحتملة وتطبيق الإجراءات التصحيحية عند الضرورة.</li><li>الإشراف على عمليات الشراء والتوريد، لضمان تسليم المواد والمعدات إلى مواقع المشاريع في الوقت المحدد.</li><li>ضمان الالتزام بإرشادات تصميم الضيافة، مع التركيز على تجربة الضيوف والكفاءة التشغيلية.</li><li>إعداد وتقديم تقارير التقدم إلى الإدارة العليا وأصحاب المصلحة الرئيسيين.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>المؤهلات</strong></p><ul><li><strong>المؤهل العلمي:</strong> درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الإنشاءات، أو الهندسة المدنية، أو الهندسة المعمارية، أو مجال مرتبط بشكل وثيق.</li><li><strong>الخلفية المهنية:</strong> خبرة لا تقل عن <strong>5–8 سنوات</strong> في إدارة مشاريع البناء، مع التركيز الدقيق على <strong>مشاريع الضيافة، الفنادق، أو المشاريع السكنية الفاخرة متعددة العائلات</strong>.</li><li><strong>نطاق المشروع:</strong> سجل حافل ومثبت في إدارة مشاريع بناء الفنادق أو مشاريع التجديد واسعة النطاق من وضع حجر الأساس (البدء) حتى التسليم (الإتمام).</li><li><strong>اللوائح التنظيمية للقطاع:</strong> فهم عميق لقوانين البناء المحلية، ولوائح السلامة الخاصة بـ OSHA، وقوانين التنظيم العمراني.</li><li><strong>معايير الضيافة:</strong> المعرفة بمعايير العلامات التجارية الفندقية الكبرى، ومبادئ تصميم تجربة النزلاء، وسير العمل التشغيلي (مثل متطلبات المكاتب الخلفية مقابل المكاتب الأمامية).</li></ul>
<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Manage all aspects of hotel construction or renovation projects, from initiation to completion.</li><li>Develop and oversee project schedules, budgets, and work plans, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.</li><li>Coordinate with architects, consultants, and contractors to ensure designs and construction meet quality and operational standards.</li><li>Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company standards throughout project execution.</li><li>Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and provide technical guidance.</li><li>Lead and facilitate project meetings with internal teams, consultants, and contractors to maintain alignment on objectives.</li><li>Manage project risks by identifying potential issues and implementing corrective actions as necessary.</li><li>Oversee procurement processes, ensuring timely delivery of materials and equipment to project sites.</li><li>Ensure adherence to hospitality design guidelines, focusing on guest experience and operational efficiency.</li><li>Prepare and present progress reports to senior management and key stakeholders.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Degree:</strong> Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a closely related field.</li><li><strong>Industry Background:</strong> Minimum of <strong>5–8 years</strong> of construction project management experience, with a strict focus on <strong>hospitality, hotels, or luxury multi-family residential projects</strong>.</li><li><strong>Project Scope:</strong> Proven track record of managing hotel construction or large-scale renovation projects from groundbreaking (initiation) through to handover (completion).</li><li><strong>Industry Regulations:</strong> Deep understanding of local building codes, OSHA safety regulations, and zoning laws.</li><li><strong>Hospitality Standards:</strong> Familiarity with major hotel brand standards, guest experience design principles, and operational workflows (e.g., back-of-house vs. front-of-house requirements).</li></ul>
