<strong>:Role Overview</strong><br>• The Merchant Specialist will be responsible for onboarding new merchants, supporting them in daily payment operations, and ensuring continuous engagement and transaction growth on the Stryve platform.<br><br><strong>:Key Responsibilities</strong><br>• Onboard new merchants onto Stryve’s platform<br>• Guide merchants through the payment setup and activation process<br>• Support merchants in daily payment operations and transactions<br>• Monitor transaction performance and usage levels<br>• Follow up regularly to ensure active engagement<br>• Resolve merchant issues in coordination with Operations &amp; Finance<br>• Identify opportunities to increase transaction volume<br>• Maintain accurate merchant records using CRM<br>• Collect structured feedback and report insights to internal teams<br><br><strong>:Requirements</strong><br>• 1–7 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Merchant Support<br>• Experience in FinTech, digital payments, or B2B platforms is highly preferred<br>• Strong communication and relationship management skills<br>• Proven sales experience<br>• Ability to deliver effective presentations and conduct product demonstrations<br>• Experience in training clients on products or services<br>• Demonstrated success in sales management, business development and customer acquisition<br>• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment<br>• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and desire to succeed<br>• Fluent in English and Arabic<br>• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
