Our expertise includes OCTG Services, API &amp; Premium Connection Rethreading, Machine Shop Manufacturing, Repair, Bucking Operations, Welding, Hard banding, and related workshop and field services.</strong></p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Job Purpose</strong></p><p><strong>We are seeking a proactive HSE Officer to support the implementation and monitoring of the company's Health, Safety, and Environmental Management System. The successful candidate will promote a strong safety culture, ensure compliance with HSE regulations, and help maintain a safe working environment across all company locations.</strong></p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li><p><strong>Conduct routine HSE inspections across workshops and operational sites.</strong></p></li><li><p><strong>Monitor compliance with company HSE policies, ISO 45001 requirements, and client safety procedures.</strong></p></li><li><p><strong>Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and awareness sessions.</strong></p></li><li><p><strong>Monitor Permit to Work (PTW) implementation and safe work practices.</strong></p></li><li><p><strong>Participate in risk assessments, Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and hazard identification activities.</strong></p></li><li><p><strong>Report, investigate, and follow up on incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions.</strong></p></li><li><p><strong>Monitor PPE compliance and promote safe working behaviors.</strong></p></li><li><p><strong>Maintain HSE records, inspection reports, and regulatory documentation.</strong></p></li><li><p><strong>Support emergency response drills and HSE audits.</strong></p></li><li><p><strong>Work closely with Operations, QA/QC, and Maintenance teams to improve workplace safety.</strong></p></li><li><p><strong>This position is site-based and requires working on a rotational schedule at the company's operational sites. It is not an office-based position.</strong></p></li></ul><p></p>
