We’re Hiring – Procurement Coordinator Elaggar Group – Alexandria Branch Elaggar Group is looking for a highly organized Procurement Coordinator to support and execute daily purchasing activities at our Alexandria branch. The ideal candidate will assist in sourcing, documentation, supplier coordination, and ensuring the timely and cost-efficient procurement of goods. Key Responsibilities:Support the implementation of procurement plans and processes. Source, compare, and evaluate supplier offers to ensure the best value. Coordinate with suppliers regarding quotations, delivery dates, and order status. Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, invoices, and supplier databases. Follow up on shipments and ensure timely delivery of materials. Assist in negotiating prices, payment terms, and supply conditions. Monitor supplier performance and help resolve issues related to quality or delays. Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement standards. Receive goods from the supplier according to the supply order and deliver them to the receiving warehouse.10. Receive the inspection and addition permit from the receiving warehouse and spare parts warehouse and deliver it to the procurement coordinator, who then submits it to the finance management.11.
