<section><p class="heading jdMain">وصف الوظيفة</p><p class="heading">الأدوار والمسؤوليات</p><div class="paragraph"><p>إدارة المتابعة لجميع الاتصالات المتعلقة بالمركز، مع ضمان حل المشاكل بكفاءة بين خدمات العملاء، ومديري الحسابات، وفرق العمليات. يركز الدور على حل المشكلات، والالتزام بمستويات الخدمة، والحفاظ على تنسيق سلس بين الأقسام.</p><p>استلام الشحنات الجديدة التي تم إغلاقها في منشورات بوستا. التأكد من كتابة رقم التتبع بشكل صحيح على المنشور بالعلامة من قبل مندوبي التوصيل. استقبال الشحنات (الشحنات الجديدة) في النظام وإضافة أرقام التتبع في ورقة استلام الشحن. تنظيم تشغيل الشحنات يومياً وفرز الشحنات وفق عناوين التوصيل. إضافة جمع النقود وشحنات الاسترداد إلى مسارات المندوب. إرسال المسارات مباشرة إلى تطبيق ستارز. استقبال الشحنات غير المسلّمة في النظام وورقة الإنتاجية أيضاً. الحصول على توقيع المستلم وبطاقات الهوية على الشحنات التي تم توصيلها مع COD بدون نقد. الحصول على نسخ ورقية من الشحنات المرتجعة موقعّة من العمل التجاري. مراقبة محافظ ستارز والتأكد من إيداع نفس مبلغ COD الذي جُمع يومياً. إجراء مكالمة تحقق على الشحنات غير المسلّمة أو الشحنات المعدلة يومياً. إلغاء الشحنات المرفوضة في النظام. نقل الطلبات الملغاة بعد تجاوز فترة الاحت Holding في المركز إلى فريق فرز القاعدة عبر النقل إلى المركز وإرسال رسائل تسليم إلى فريق الفرز بما في ذلك العدد الإجمالي للشحنات المنقولة، رقم الختم وأرقام التتبع مع حالة الشحنات. القيام بالمهام ذات الصلة عند الحاجة.</p></div></section><section><p class="heading">الملف الشخصي المرغوب فيه للمرشح</p><p class="paragraph"></p><ul><li>من 6 أشهر إلى سنة خبرة في مجال اللوجستيات، في التجارة الإلكترونية أو صناعة الشحن.</li><li>التخرج فقط موهل لهذا الدور.</li></ul><p>قد نستخدم أدوات الذكاء الاصطناعي (AI) لدعم أجزاء من عملية التوظيف، مثل مراجعة الطلبات، تحليل السير الذاتية، أو تقييم الإجابات. تساعد هذه الأدوات فريق التوظيف لكنها لا تحل محل حكم الإنسان. في نهاية المطاف تتخذ قرارات التوظيف بواسطة البشر. إذا كنت ترغب في معرفة المزيد عن كيفية معالجة بياناتك، يرجى الاتصال بنا.</p><p></p></section>

<section><p class="heading jdMain">Job Description</p><p class="heading">Roles &amp; Responsibilities</p><div class="paragraph"><p>To perform Quality Assurance functions to ensure compliance with internal and external regulations and protocol under the direct supervision of the Center Quality Manager (CQM). To edit SOPs related to processes at donor center level following the guidelines established according to Egyptian regulations and the guidelines established according to cGMP requirements.</p><p><b>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</b></p><ul><li>To perform periodical review of DC records.</li><li>To perform periodical equipment quality control review.</li><li>To perform periodical review of equipment incident logs.</li><li>To verify and release of sample shipments.</li><li>To inspect and release of incoming supplies.</li><li>To perform periodical employee observations.</li><li>To assist to CQM to ensure cGMP regulations are followed.</li><li>To assist to CQM to ensure that SOPs are followed.</li><li>To assist to CQM in the edition of SOPs.</li><li>To perform a review of the documentation of unsuitable test results and the disposition of the associated units.</li></ul></div></section><section><p class="heading">Desired Candidate Profile</p><p class="paragraph"></p><p><b>ACADEMIC EXPERIENCE REQUIRED</b></p><ul><li>Bachelors Degree in Health-related Sciences.</li><li>Knowledge in Quality Management.</li><li>Strong integrity and commitment to quality and compliance.</li></ul><p>COMPUTING SKILLS</p><ul><li>MS Office knowledge</li></ul><p>PERSONAL SKILLS</p><ul><li>Ability to understand, explain, follow and enforce SOPs, protocols and other regulatory guidelines.</li><li>Ability and willingness to study specific activities, in a short time.</li><li>Accuracy and reliability.</li><li>Can work independently, excellent organizational skills, and attention to detail.</li><li>Performs a higher-level document review and employee observations</li><li>Ability to work in groups and with other departments.</li><li>Communicates openly with CQM on issues noted during reviews and is able to give suggestions for corrections.
