دور مهندس التعديلات المبتدئ هو الإشراف على استفسارات العملاء الفنية وشكاواهم، رفعها، لتحقيق رضا العملاء وتحسين العملية وفق شروط المشروع وحالته.التعامل مع طلبات تعديلات العملاء من خلال الاتصال بالعملاء والمتابعة على الطلبات. دراسة التعديلات المطلوبة وتنسيق الملاحظات مع الأطراف المعنية، داخليًا وخارجيًا. مراجعة حالة الحالات قبل استرداد شيك التأمين من فريق CM. الرد على المتطلبات الفنية والاستفسارات والشكاوى من العملاء في الوقت المناسب وبما يتوافق مع السياسات المتفق عليها. ضمان أن جميع الشكاوى الفنية تُجاب وتُعرض على العملاء بمهنية وبسرعة. الإخطار بالتعديلات المعتمدة إلى فريق المجتمع لإصدار تصاريح العمل. تقديم حالة جميع الحالات والملاحظات والمراسلات المهمة على نظام SAP لضمان التوثيق والدقة. معالجة القضايا بشكل استباقي لتقليل الاضطرابات والتأخيرات. إجراء زيارات موقعية منتظمة لمراجعة حالة الحالات المفتوحة والعمل المنجز لضمان مطابقته للوائح الشركة والتصاريح الصادرة.الملف المرغوب للمرشح<ul><li>درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المعمارية.</li><li>من 1 إلى 3 سنوات من الخبرة.</li><li>Ms office.</li><li>Autocad مطلوب.</li><li>مهارات الاتصال.</li><li>التحليل والتفسير</li><li>التفاعل والعرض</li><li>التنظيم والتنفيذ</li><li>الدعم والتعاون</li></ul>

The role of the Junior Alternations Engineer is to oversee the customers technical inquiries and complaints, raise them, to fulfill the customers satisfaction and process improvement according to the projects conditions and status.Handle customers Alterations requests by contacting customers, and follow-up on requests. Study the requested modifications and coordinate the feedback with the concerned stakeholders, internal and external. Review the cases status before refunding the insurance check from the CM team. Respond to customers technical requirements, inquiries, and complaints in a timely manner and according to the agreed-upon policies. Ensure all technical complaints are answered and illustrated to customers professionally and promptly. Communicate the approved alterations to the community team for issuing work permissions. Submit all cases status, feedback, and important correspondences on the SAP to ensure accurate documentation and referencing. Address issues proactively to minimize disruptions and delays. <section>وصف الوظيفةالأدوار والمسؤوليات<div class="paragraph">إدارة المتابعة لجميع الاتصالات المتعلقة بالمركز، مع ضمان حل المشاكل بكفاءة بين خدمات العملاء، ومديري الحسابات، وفرق العمليات. يركز الدور على حل المشكلات، والالتزام بمستويات الخدمة، والحفاظ على تنسيق سلس بين الأقسام.استلام الشحنات الجديدة التي تم إغلاقها في منشورات بوستا. التأكد من كتابة رقم التتبع بشكل صحيح على المنشور بالعلامة من قبل مندوبي التوصيل. استقبال الشحنات (الشحنات الجديدة) في النظام وإضافة أرقام التتبع في ورقة استلام الشحن. تنظيم تشغيل الشحنات يومياً وفرز الشحنات وفق عناوين التوصيل. إضافة جمع النقود وشحنات الاسترداد إلى مسارات المندوب. إرسال المسارات مباشرة إلى تطبيق ستارز. استقبال الشحنات غير المسلّمة في النظام وورقة الإنتاجية أيضاً. الحصول على توقيع المستلم وبطاقات الهوية على الشحنات التي تم توصيلها مع COD بدون نقد. الحصول على نسخ ورقية من الشحنات المرتجعة موقعّة من العمل التجاري. مراقبة محافظ ستارز والتأكد من إيداع نفس مبلغ COD الذي جُمع يومياً. إجراء مكالمة تحقق على الشحنات غير المسلّمة أو الشحنات المعدلة يومياً. إلغاء الشحنات المرفوضة في النظام. نقل الطلبات الملغاة بعد تجاوز فترة الاحت Holding في المركز إلى فريق فرز القاعدة عبر النقل إلى المركز وإرسال رسائل تسليم إلى فريق الفرز بما في ذلك العدد الإجمالي للشحنات المنقولة، رقم الختم وأرقام التتبع مع حالة الشحنات. القيام بالمهام ذات الصلة عند الحاجة.</div></section><section>الملف الشخصي المرغوب فيه للمرشح<ul><li>من 6 أشهر إلى سنة خبرة في مجال اللوجستيات، في التجارة الإلكترونية أو صناعة الشحن.</li><li>التخرج فقط موهل لهذا الدور.</li></ul>قد نستخدم أدوات الذكاء الاصطناعي (AI) لدعم أجزاء من عملية التوظيف، مثل مراجعة الطلبات، تحليل السير الذاتية، أو تقييم الإجابات. تساعد هذه الأدوات فريق التوظيف لكنها لا تحل محل حكم الإنسان. في نهاية المطاف تتخذ قرارات التوظيف بواسطة البشر. إذا كنت ترغب في معرفة المزيد عن كيفية معالجة بياناتك، يرجى الاتصال بنا.</section>

<section>Job DescriptionRoles & Responsibilities<div class="paragraph">To manage and follow up on all hub-related communications, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently between Customer Service, Account Managers, and Operations teams. The role focuses on problem-solving, SLA compliance, and maintaining smooth coordination across departments.Receive the new pickups closed in bosta flyers. Ensure that the tracking number was written correctly on the flyer with the marker by the couriers. Receive the shipments(new pickups) on the system and add the tracking numbers on the Receiving Pickups sheet. Arrange day-to-day dispatch of the shipments and sort shipments based on delivery addresses. Add the cash collection and Refund shipments to the courier s routes. Send the routes directly to the stars App. Receive the undelivered shipments on the system and the productivity sheet as well. Get the receiver s signature and IDs# on delivered shipments with Zero Cod. Get hard copies of returned shipments signed by the business. Monitor the Stars Wallets and ensure that they are depositing the same collected CODs amount on a daily basis. Make a verification call on the undelivered shipments or Canceled shipments on a daily basis. Cancel the refused shipments on the system. Transfer the canceled orders after exceeding holding period at the hub 24 hours to sorting facility team through Transfer to Hub Send handover mails to the sorting facility team including the total number of transferred shipments, seal number and the tracking numbers subject with the status of the shipments.
