<p><strong>King Control Plus for Pest &amp; Rodent Control – Minya</strong> is looking for a <strong>Field Control Engineer</strong> to supervise field teams and ensure the efficient and safe execution of pest control operations.</p><p></p><h3>Job Responsibilities</h3><ul><li><p>Manage and distribute daily tasks among field teams and ensure adherence to schedules.</p></li><li><p>Supervise pest control operations on-site and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.</p></li><li><p>Monitor the proper use of pesticides, equipment, and approved dosage levels.</p></li><li><p>Communicate with clients on-site and promptly address their concerns and issues.</p></li><li><p>Monitor the consumption of materials and equipment and minimize waste.</p></li><li><p>Prepare and submit daily reports to management through the approved systems.</p></li><li><p>Prepare and present technical reports to clients, including risk assessments and trend reports.</p></li><li><p>Ensure field teams follow company procedures and operational guidelines.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor's degree in <strong>Agriculture</strong> with an overall grade of <strong>Very Good or Excellent</strong>.</p></li><li><p><strong>2–4 years of experience</strong> in field supervision, preferably in the pest control industry.</p></li><li><p>Preferably a resident of <strong>Minya or nearby areas</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams, make decisions, and solve problems effectively.</p></li><li><p>Good knowledge of smartphones, task management applications, and mapping tools.</p></li><li><p>Good command of <strong>Microsoft Office</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Good command of both <strong>Arabic and English</strong>.</p></li><li><p>A valid <strong>driving license</strong> is required.</p></li></ul><p></p>
