Our dedication to inclusion strengthens our workforce and helps drive our business forward, enriching both PepsiCo and the communities in North Africa.<br><br>The shift leader plays an integral role in executing own production plan.<br><br>He acts as a partner for the maintenance engineers in maintenance tasks (daily/trouble shooting/ overhauls).<br><br>He has a key role in driving production line KPIs across all areas (Total plant waste, water, Total plant productivity, Food Safety, EHS).<br><br><strong>Responsibilities<br><br></strong><strong>Production<br><br></strong>Lead on the execution of the daily production plan &amp; monitor the true efficiency &amp; net efficiency.<br><br>Monitor the water usage, Energy &amp; waste of the PL and ensure meeting set KPIs for both.<br><br>Communicate machine downtime on spot.<br><br>Fill in the daily M&amp;W production report.<br><br>Request &amp; receive the production raw &amp; pack material on SAP and deliver finished good to the warehouse.<br><br>Follow up the production line cleanliness before/after &amp; during production shift.<br><br><strong>Autonomous Maintenance<br><br></strong>Execute production line autonomous maintenance (Cleaning, Inspection, Lubrication, Tightening).<br><br>Own work order process from Autonomous maintenance on SAP PM.<br><br>Own the production line lubrication map &amp; follow up on the inspection/ Tightening list per machine.<br><br><strong>Preventive Maintenance<br><br></strong>Supervise the line Preventive Maintenance Tech with setting &amp; executing the monthly PM plan/line.<br><br>Execute actions for corrective &amp; preventive maintenance tasks via PM techs &amp; OM.<br><br>Ensure the production line preventive maintenance compliance via own PM techs.<br><br><strong>Trouble shooting<br><br></strong>Lead on the production line minor mechanical stoppages trouble shooting (0-30Min).<br><br>Escalate major mechanical stoppages to concerned mechanical engineer (30Min+).<br><br>Partner with mechanical engineer in root cause analysis.<br><br>Escalate both minor &amp; major electric breakdowns to electric engineer.<br><br>Ensure production line restart in stable condition after failure.<br><br><strong>Planned maintenance/overhaul<br><br></strong>Supervise maintenance action plan as per timelines &amp; accountabilities.<br><br>Report daily progress to maintenance team.<br><br>Ensure Implementation of CQV to enable line restart in a stable condition.<br><br><strong>Spare parts<br><br></strong>Alert mechanical engineer with consumable spare parts minimum stock<br><br>With own team:<br><br>Develop and train own operate maintain technicians to continuously meet set KPIs.<br><br>Monitor the outsourced labor on line to ensure performing assigned tasks as needed.<br><br><strong>Others<br><br></strong>Act as a circle leader as part of the TPM (AM agenda in plant).<br><br>Meet the set KPIs for all plant’s audit (AIB/ GEHSMS).<br><br>Follow and apply all quality, food safety, EHS guidelines and policies.<br><br><strong>Qualifications<br><br></strong>Engineering graduate (Mechanical / Mechatronics).<br><br>From 1-3 year of experience.<br><br>English language &amp; computer fluency.<br><br>Trouble shooting skills.<br><br>Basic leadership skills.<br><br>Ability to work with diverse cultures.
