<p>Job Purpose Responsible for collecting maintenance fees from property owners while maintaining positive owner relationships, negotiating payment plans, coordinating with Finance, Customer Service, Operations and Legal, and achieving collection targets.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p>• Manage the full maintenance collection cycle.</p><p>• Follow up owners via calls, emails and meetings.</p><p>• Negotiate payment plans within authority limits.</p><p>• Resolve billing disputes with Finance.</p><p>• Coordinate with Customer Service, Operations and Legal.</p><p>• Update ERP/CRM accurately.</p><p>• Prepare aging, collection and KPI reports.</p><p>• Update owner data.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p>• Support legal escalation.</p><p>• Maintain professional communication.</p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li><p> Bachelor's degree. 3–4 years in real estate/resort collections. </p></li><li><p>Strong Excel, ERP/CRM, accounting basics, negotiation, Arabic and English. </p></li></ul><p><strong>Behavioral Competencies </strong></p><ul><li><p>Negotiation, </p></li><li><p>Emotional Intelligence, Communication, Accountability, Attention to Detail, Problem Solving, Time Management, Target Driven, Resilience. </p></li></ul><p><strong>Working Conditions </strong></p><p>Office and field work inside the resort.
