???? We’re Hiring | Graphic Designer Kalisse Print House is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team in Obour City – Industrial Zone. Job Purpose Create distinctive and engaging designs for the company's products that attract attention, strengthen the company's reputation, and enhance Kalisse Print House's presence in the market. Key Responsibilities Design logos, brand identities, watermarks, key visuals, and other creative assets that differentiate the company in the market. Develop innovative concepts and transform project Briefs and information into clear, creative, and effective designs. Research and understand the project's purpose, target audience, brand message, and requirements before starting the design. Prepare complete Prepress files, including Color Separation, Bleed, Margins, and other printing requirements. Design packaging structures and Dielines, including dimensions, folding, closing methods, and required technical specifications. Create professional Mockups for approval before production. Review printed samples and proofs to ensure quality and identify any design or printing errors. Prepare required samples and coordinate with Sales and Production to complete the approval and production process. Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to develop creative designs and visual content. Present multiple creative concepts and design proposals when required. Ensure all work meets quality standards and deadlines. Stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and developments in graphic design, printing, and visual content. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree in Applied Arts, Fine Arts, Mass Communication, Graphic Design, Multimedia, or any related field.3–6 years of experience in Graphic Design and Video Editing. Good knowledge of design principles, detailed drawing, printing processes, and different types of printed materials. Good knowledge of Prepress and print production requirements. Proficiency in relevant design and video editing software. Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. Strong creative thinking, innovation, and ability to present ideas effectively. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to follow design and social media trends. Basic understanding of video storytelling. Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box. A strong Portfolio is required.
