<p>We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented IT Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Beheira. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, maintaining IT systems, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations for end users.</p><h2>Key Responsibilities</h2><ul><li>Provide first-line technical support for software issues.</li><li>Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in a timely manner.</li><li>Support Microsoft Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications.</li><li>Manage user accounts, passwords, and access permissions.</li><li>Document incidents, solutions, and support activities.</li><li>Perform routine system updates, backups, and maintenance activities.</li><li>Ensure compliance with IT policies and security procedures.</li></ul>

<p>نحن نسعى للحصول على <strong>مدير مشروع ميكانيكي (الموقع)</strong> مؤهل ومتمتع بالسلامة ولديه خبرة مكرسة في قطاع <strong>النفط والغاز</strong> للانضمام إلى فريق مشروعنا. ستقود تركيب واختبار وتشغيل أنظمة الحماية من الحرائق الشاملة في الموقع مع كونك رائد التميز في الصحة والسلامة والبيئة في الميدان مع شركات النفط والغاز ذات السمعة.</p><p></p><p>الموقع الحالي للمشروع في الراشيد لمدة 8-9 أشهر. بعد إتمام المشروع، سنعود إلى القاهرة.</p><p></p><ul><li><p><strong>تركيب النظام:</strong> الإشراف على تركيب شبكات مياه الحريق، ونظم كبح الغاز، صمامات فيضان ضباب الماء، محطات فوم، ومضخات الحرائق.</p></li><li><p><strong>تركيب/تنسيق الإنذار:</strong> التعاون مع فرق الكهرباء لدمج أنظمة إنذار الحريق، والحلقات، وكشف اللهب والغاز.</p></li><li><p><strong>إنفاذ الصحة والسلامة والبيئة:</strong> إدارة خطوط إذن العمل اليومية (PTW)، إجراء تحليلات السلامة الوظيفية (JSAs)، وتوجيه محادثات صندوق الأدوات السلامة وضمان أن كل عضو في فريق الموقع على المستوى المطلوب.</p></li><li><p><strong>الامتثال الفني:</strong> مراجعة رسومات الورش الميكانيكية والكهربائية، حل تعارضات المواد/الموقع، وضمان التوافق مع مواصفات المشروع.</p></li><li><p><strong>التفتيش والتسليم:</strong> قيادة فحوصات الموقع مع العملاء والسلطات، مع ضمان الامتثال الكامل لـ NFPA والمعايير الدولية.</p></li><li><p>إعداد التقارير والتواصل مع جميع أقسام المستخدمين النهائيين لتحديث المشروع.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>المتطلبات</strong></p><ul><li><p><strong>التعليم:</strong> شهادة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية.</p></li><li><p><strong>الخبرة:</strong> الحد الأدنى من [7] سنوات من الخبرة في الموقع بشكل صارم و4 سنوات كحد أدنى في قطاع <strong>النفط والغاز</strong> هي <strong>واجب</strong>.</p></li><li><p><strong>المعرفة الفنية:</strong> عمق الخبرة في أكواد NFPA (وبالتحديد NFPA 13، 14، 15، 20، و72).</p></li><li><p><strong>الشهادات:</strong> شهادة NEBOSH IGC أو OSHA صالحة مفضلة بشكل كبير أو معرفة عملية.</p></li><li><p><strong>المهارات:</strong> قيادة قوية، مهارات حل مشاكل ممتازة، ووجود عقلية صارمة بلا تسامح تجاه انتهاكات السلامة.</p></li><li><p>مكان العمل أو جدول الدوران (مكتب القاهرة مع دوران موقعي في البحيرة) مع سكن مناسب قريب.</p></li></ul><p></p>

<p>-Responsible for applying production SOPs to keep running the equipment at highest level of continuity as per the production plan.&nbsp;</p><p>-Responsible for keeping the equipment clean as per production and quality standards in addition to applying the standard daily and weekly care.&nbsp;</p><p>-Perform the periodical product checks to control the finished product to match required quantity and quality during the shift.&nbsp;</p><p>-Record all the info related to the equipment productivity and break downs from the start to end of the shift.&nbsp;</p><p>-Responsible for doing mechanical change over from a size to another for filler, Blow molding, and Capper in addition to any other attached subsystems.&nbsp;</p><p>-Monitor all machine parts and inspect to report the needed corrective actions.&nbsp;</p><p>-Responsible of Doing the troubleshooting and solving of the Mechanical problems and replace damaged mechanical parts if any. Also, to perform the standard Preventive Maintenance Programs and overhauling.&nbsp;</p>
