الوصف الوظيفي<br>مدير المشتريات (Procurement Manager)<br>نبذة عن الشركة<br>نحن شركة متخصصة في تجارة وتوريدات جميع قطاعات ومنتجات الحديد والصلب، ونقوم بتدبير وتنفيذ مشتريات تتجاوز 1,000 طن شهريًا من السوق المحلي، سواء من المصانع أو المستوردين أو التجار، لتلبية احتياجات عملائنا في مختلف المشروعات والمواقع داخل جمهورية مصر العربية.<br><br>ونظرًا لحجم العمليات وتنوع مصادر التوريد، فإن هذا المنصب يتطلب قائدًا يتمتع بخبرة قوية في إدارة المشتريات، وقادرًا على توفير المنتجات بأعلى معايير الجودة، وفي أسرع وقت، وبأفضل الأسعار وشروط السداد، مع الحفاظ على استمرارية التوريد وبناء علاقات استراتيجية مع الموردين.<br><br> <br>الهدف من الوظيفة<br>قيادة وإدارة إدارة المشتريات لضمان توفير جميع احتياجات الشركة من منتجات الحديد والصلب وفق أعلى معايير الجودة، وأفضل الأسعار، وأسرع أوقات التنفيذ، مع تحقيق أفضل شروط التعاقد والسداد، وبناء شبكة قوية من الموردين لضمان استمرارية الأعمال وتعزيز القدرة التنافسية للشركة.<br><br> <br>المسؤوليات الرئيسية<br>أولاً: إدارة عمليات الشراء<br>الإشراف على جميع عمليات الشراء منذ استلام طلبات الشراء وحتى إتمام التوريد.<br>ضمان توفير المنتجات بالكميات والمواصفات المطلوبة وفي الوقت المحدد.<br>تقليل زمن دورة الشراء وتحسين كفاءة التنفيذ.<br>ثانياً: إدارة الموردين<br>إدارة وتطوير قاعدة بيانات الموردين الحاليين.<br>البحث المستمر عن موردين جدد بشكل شهري لزيادة المنافسة وتقليل المخاطر.<br>تقييم الموردين دوريًا من حيث الأسعار والجودة والالتزام بمواعيد التسليم وشروط السداد.<br>بناء شراكات استراتيجية طويلة الأمد مع كبار الموردين.<br>ثالثاً: التفاوض وإدارة العقود<br>التفاوض للحصول على أفضل الأسعار والخصومات التجارية.<br>تحسين شروط الدفع وزيادة فترات السداد الآجل بما يخدم التدفقات النقدية للشركة.<br>مراجعة واعتماد عروض الأسعار والعقود واتفاقيات التوريد.<br>رابعاً: متابعة السوق<br>متابعة حركة أسعار الحديد والصلب بشكل يومي.<br>مراقبة تغيرات السوق المحلي واتجاهات العرض والطلب.<br>متابعة الطاقات الإنتاجية للمصانع، والكميات المتاحة لدى المستوردين والتجار، وأي تغيرات قد تؤثر على التوريد.<br>تقديم تقارير وتوصيات للإدارة بشأن فرص الشراء والمخاطر المحتملة.<br>خامساً: إدارة فريق المشتريات<br>قيادة فريق المشتريات وتوزيع المهام ومتابعة الأداء اليومي.<br>تطوير مهارات الفريق في التفاوض والتحليل وإدارة الموردين.<br>وضع مؤشرات أداء واضحة ورفع كفاءة الفريق بشكل مستمر.<br>تعزيز روح التعاون والمنافسة الإيجابية داخل الإدارة.<br>سادساً: التخطيط والرقابة<br>إعداد خطة المشتريات الشهرية بما يتوافق مع احتياجات المبيعات والمشروعات.<br>متابعة مؤشرات الأداء وتحليل تكلفة المشتريات والوفورات المحققة.<br>تقديم تقارير دورية للإدارة العليا عن أداء المشتريات والسوق.<br> <br>الصلاحيات<br>اعتماد الموردين الجدد وفق سياسة الشركة.<br>التفاوض المباشر مع الموردين.<br>اختيار المورد الأنسب بعد تقييم العروض.<br>اعتماد توصيات الشراء ضمن حدود الصلاحيات المعتمدة.<br>إدارة وتقييم فريق المشتريات.<br> <br>المؤهلات المطلوبة<br>بكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال أو التجارة أو الهندسة أو أي تخصص ذي صلة.<br>يفضل الحصول على شهادات مهنية في المشتريات أو سلاسل الإمداد.<br> <br>الخبرة المطلوبة<br>خبرة لا تقل عن 7 سنوات في مجال المشتريات.<br>خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في منصب مدير مشتريات أو منصب إشرافي.<br>خبرة مباشرة في سوق الحديد والصلب أو مواد البناء تعتبر ميزة أساسية.<br>سجل مثبت في إدارة مشتريات ذات أحجام كبيرة والتفاوض على عقود وقيم مالية مرتفعة.<br> <br>المهارات المطلوبة<br>مهارات تفاوض احترافية.<br>معرفة عميقة بسوق الحديد والصلب في مصر.<br>القدرة على تحليل الأسعار واتجاهات السوق.<br>القيادة وإدارة فرق العمل.<br>التخطيط وإدارة الأولويات.<br>اتخاذ القرار وحل المشكلات.<br>مهارات تحليل البيانات وإعداد التقارير.<br>إجادة Microsoft Excel وأنظمة ERP.<br><br>
