Technical Support Engineer and Training (RAC Air Conditioning and Refrigeration) Location: Mansoura (Delta) or Qena (Upper Egypt) Company: LG Electronics Egypt Job Overview: LG Electronics Egypt is seeking experienced Technical Support and Training Engineers to join the After-Sales Service team to support air conditioning and refrigeration products, develop technicians’ technical performance and service centers, and contribute to improving repair quality and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Provide advanced technical support to maintenance technicians and engineers. - Analyze complex technical faults and determine appropriate solutions. - Implement technical training programs and workshops. - Prepare training materials and technical presentations. - Monitor technicians’ technical performance and provide guidance and evaluation. - Analyze recurring faults and on-site quality issues. - Prepare technical reports and raise recommendations to management. - Coordinate with various departments to address technical issues and improve service quality. - Keep up-to-date with the latest developments and technologies related to air conditioning and refrigeration products. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical). - At least 5 years of experience in air conditioning and refrigeration or technical support. - Strong knowledge of AC and refrigeration systems and fault diagnosis. - Excellent problem-solving and technical analytical skills. - Strong skills in training, communication, and presentation. - Proficiency in English (spoken and written). - Proficiency in Microsoft Office. - Residence in Mansoura or Qena is preferred for the role. <p><strong>Additional Details</strong></p><ul><li>Number of vacancies: 1</li><li>Shift system: Morning shifts only</li><li>Benefits: Health insurance, social insurance, transportation allowance, meals, overtime</li></ul>
