At our company, we do not view sales as merely contracts and numbers; rather, we see them as (integrated consulting engineering that begins with measurement and ends with deal closure). You are not a traditional sales manager, but rather a **leader engineer and commercial manager simultaneously**. Your role is to lead the entire engineering-sales system, starting from the accuracy of taking measurements, through the quality of 2D and 3D designs, and up to convincing the client and closing major deals yourself, while ensuring perfect integration with the operations department to execute everything promised by your team.<br>**Key Responsibilities:**1.
