Job Purpose Supervise all activities to ensure fulfilment of customer's requirement relating to products, ensure that all Inward material components meet specification and to provide the confidence to the organization that all sub-assemblies and sub sequent processes are conforming to requirement and finally all submitted products are totally conforming to customer requirements.<br>Responsibilities Supervise the Q. Supervise implementing statistical tools for analyzing product related inspection and / or testing data. Participate with production manager and other interested parties to prevent or eliminate the cause of product defect. Supervise creating, documenting, maintaining and implementing the inspection and or test criteria. Supervise and manager all inspection and test activities and related activities throughout production cycle. Report regularly to Q. C Manager analytical data about product quality in different phases (In ward Inspection, In Process Inspection – Final Inspection). Supervise and monitor activities including inspections, Testing, Design, Validation, Calibration, Test Methods and Infrastructure. Participate with relevant company managers to study the cause of defect regarding each customer complaint to prevent recurrence. Supervise and implement the requirement of quality management system ISO 9001- requirement. Support QA department to implement the requirement of environmental management system ISO 14001-2015 or equivalent. Supervise the implementation of calibration program including the definition of Calibration range, calibration frequency and internal and/ or external calibration. Supervise and monitor Quality related cost in order to continuously reduce quality related activities cost (Including appraisal prevention and failure cost). Prepare the complete Quality control plan for all products reporting all activities to Qc manager in monthly base for all production and defected parts.<br>Qualifications BSc of Engineering (mechanical or electrical) or BSc of science. Minimum 3 years' experience in QC. Experience in the field of electrical products. Good background of Quality management system ISO 9001. Key Responsibilities Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for electric forklifts and material-handling equipment. Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, electronic, mechanical, hydraulic, and control-system faults. Inspect batteries, chargers, motors, controllers, contactors, sensors, wiring, braking systems, steering systems, lifting systems, and other forklift components. Conduct regular inspections and identify potential failures before they lead to equipment downtime. Perform fault tracing, repairs, component replacement, and equipment adjustments. Use appropriate diagnostic tools, electrical testing equipment, and technical manuals to identify root causes. Carry out commissioning and re-commissioning of new or repaired forklifts when required. Respond to breakdowns and service calls within agreed service timelines. Perform on-site maintenance at customer locations when required. Prepare accurate maintenance and service reports, including diagnosis, work performed, replaced parts, and recommendations. Coordinate with the spare-parts team to ensure required components are available and used efficiently. Maintain accurate maintenance records and equipment history. Identify recurring failures and recommend corrective actions to improve equipment reliability. Ensure all maintenance activities comply with company HSE and safety procedures. Maintain and properly use company tools, diagnostic equipment, vehicles, and other assigned assets. Provide technical guidance to technicians and operators when required. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.2–5 years of experience in forklift, material-handling equipment, industrial equipment, or similar maintenance roles; direct electric-forklift experience is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of electrical and electronic systems. Good understanding of electric motors, batteries, chargers, controllers, sensors, contactors, and electrical circuits. Good mechanical knowledge, particularly related to forklifts and industrial equipment. Knowledge of hydraulic systems, steering, braking, and lifting mechanisms is an advantage. Ability to read and understand electrical diagrams, hydraulic diagrams, and technical manuals. Strong troubleshooting and root-cause-analysis skills.
