About the projects: We are building LLM evaluation and training datasets to train LLM to work on realistic software engineering problems. Role Description The Technical Sales Engineer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Minya, Egypt. This role is responsible for identifying customer needs, presenting technical solutions, and promoting NTI’s product portfolio to industrial and automotive clients. Daily tasks include conducting technical consultations, preparing quotations, supporting customers with product selection, and providing post-sales technical support. The Technical Sales Engineer collaborates with the sales team, logistics, and operations to ensure timely delivery and high customer satisfaction. The role also involves market research, participation in customer visits, and ongoing relationship management to drive revenue growth and strengthen NTI’s market presence.<br>Qualifications Strong Technical Sales and Sales Engineering skills, with the ability to understand and explain mechanical spare parts and related applications. Experience in customer-facing Sales and Communication, including presenting solutions, negotiating, and maintaining professional relationships. Capability in Technical Support, helping customers troubleshoot issues and optimize product usage. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field is preferred. Previous experience in industrial or automotive aftermarket parts or similar technical sectors is an advantage. Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools, with good documentation and reporting skills. Fluency in Arabic and good command of English, both written and spoken. Ability to work on-site, travel to customer locations within Egypt, and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
