We are now looking for a Marketing Manager to lead Truffles’ marketing strategy, strengthen our brand presence, drive growth across digital and retail channels, and turn every campaign, product launch, and customer touchpoint into a measurable business win. What You’ll Own→ Lead the full marketing strategy across social media, performance marketing, influencer marketing, retail activations, launches, PR, and community growth→ Build monthly and quarterly marketing plans aligned with business targets, sales priorities, product launches, and brand campaigns→ Own the brand calendar across key moments, seasonal campaigns, new product drops, bazaars, retail activations, and online promotions→ Work closely with the creative/content team to turn brand ideas into high-performing campaigns, Reels, Tik Toks, ads, shoots, and launch assets→ Partner with the Media Buyer to brief, test, analyze, and scale ad creatives that drive sales, traffic, conversion, and customer acquisition→ Lead influencer and creator collaborations, from selection and briefing to execution, tracking, and performance evaluation→ Strengthen Truffles’ positioning as the trusted expert for curly, natural, and textured hair care in Egypt→ Manage campaign budgets, timelines, priorities, and deliverables across all marketing activities→ Track performance across channels and translate data into clear actions, reports, and growth opportunities→ Work with sales, e-commerce, retail, and operations teams to make sure marketing supports real business objectives→ Identify market trends, beauty trends, competitor moves, customer insights, and category opportunities→ Ensure every touchpoint feels consistent with the Truffles world: natural, expert, warm, confident, and community-driven You’re the One If You Have→ 4–7 years of marketing experience, preferably in beauty, personal care, FMCG, fashion, lifestyle, or e-commerce→ Proven experience leading marketing campaigns from strategy to execution→ Strong understanding of social media, paid media, influencer marketing, content, retail activations, and brand building→ Experience managing creative teams, content creators, agencies, freelancers, or media buyers→ A strong eye for brand aesthetics and the ability to guide creative direction without losing sight of performance→ Analytical mindset — you know how to read numbers, spot what is working, and make smart decisions fast→ Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple campaigns, launches, and deadlines at once→ Excellent communication and leadership skills→ A hands-on attitude — you can think strategically, but you are also ready to get into the details when needed→ Passion for beauty, hair care, community-led brands, and fast-growing Egyptian businesses Bonus Points If You→ Have experience in hair care, skincare, beauty, or women-focused brands→ Understand curly, wavy, natural, and textured hair communities→ Have launched new products or managed full go-to-market campaigns→ Have experience with Shopify, e-commerce growth, CRM, email/SMS marketing, or marketplace campaigns→ Have worked with influencers, beauty creators, salons, retailers, or offline activations→ Can balance brand love with sales performance Why Truffles?→ You will lead marketing for one of Egypt’s most loved curly and natural hair-care brands→ Your work will reach a real, loyal, and fast-growing beauty community→ You will have ownership over strategy, campaigns, launches, and growth→ You will work directly with the founder and leadership team→ You will help shape how Egyptian beauty brands compete, grow, and lead→ Full product access + competitive package→ In-house role with real ownership, not execution-only marketing To Apply Send your CV + portfolio, campaign examples, or case studies to:hr@trufflesco.netOr DM us on Instagram:@truffles_coShow us what you have built, grown, launched, or led.
