<h2 class="h5">وصف الوظيفة</h2> <div class="t-break" data-jb-field="description"> نحن نبحث عن منسقة مشاريع Senior مُنظمة للغاية وفعّالة للتولى الإشراف على المشاريع التشغيلية وتسهيل العمليات الداخلية من خلال التوصيات المدفوعة بالرؤى القيمة، وضمان التنسيق السلس بين الأقسام عبر وظائف عمل متعددة ومنطقة جغرافية مختلفة. يجب أن تكون المرشحة المثالية شخصاً اجتماعيًا للغاية وتعمل ضمن فريق، وتتمتع بخبرة قوية في إدارة العمليات، تنسيق المشاريع، تحسين العمليات، تتبع الشؤون المالية، إدارة أصحاب المصلحة، والتواصل عبر الوظائف المختلفة. الدور يتطلب من شخص قادر على إدارة الأنشطة التشغيلية اليومية مع المساعدة في دفع المشاريع للأمام ضمن الجداول الزمنية والأهداف التجارية. • الإشراف على تنفيذ المشاريع التشغيلية وتحسينها من البداية حتى الإنجاز. • التنسيق بين الأقسام المختلفة لضمان سير العمل وتنفيذ المشروع بسلاسة. • تتبع وتقديم تقارير فعالة عن الجداول الزمنية للمشروع، والمواد المتوقعة، والمخاطر، ومؤشرات الأداء التشغيلية. • تطوير وتحسين العمليات التشغيلية والسياسات workflows، والطرق العملية. • ضمان الكفاءة التشغيلية والتحسين المستمر للعمليات. • إعداد تقارير تشغيلية ولوحات معلومات وتحديثات الوضع للإدارة. • التعاون مع الإدارة في التخطيط والتنفيذ الاستراتيجي للعمليات. • دعم تخطيط الموارد وتخصيص المهام عبر الفرق. • تحديد الاختناقات التشغيلية واقتراح حلول عملية. • مراقبة ميزانيات المشاريع والتكاليف التشغيلية واستخدام الموارد. • ضمان الاتساق بين التنفيذ التشغيلي والأهداف التجارية. • التعامل مع تواصل أصحاب المصلحة والحفاظ على تنسيق قوي مع الأطراف الداخلية والخارجية. • دعم إدارة الأزمات والتصعيدات التشغيلية عند الحاجة. • درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال، الإدارة، العمليات، أو مجال ذات صلة. • خبرة لا تقل عن 4+ سنوات في العمليات، إدارة المشاريع، أو أدوار مماثلة. • فهم قوي لعمليات التشغيل وإدارة دورة حياة المشروع. • خبرة في العمل مع فرق متعددة الوظائف وأصحاب مصلحة متعددين. • مهارات تنظيمية وتعدد مهام ممتازة. • مهارات اتصال وحل مشاكل قوية. • القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط وإدارة أولويات متعددة في الوقت نفسه. • خبرة في استخدام أدوات إدارة المشاريع مثل Jira، Trello، Asana، Monday.com، أو ما يماثلها. • مهارات تقرير وتحليل قوية. • شهادة PMP تعتبر ميزة إضافية. • خبرة العمل في عمليات إقليمية/متعددة الدول تعتبر ميزة إضافية. • متحدثة عربية </div>

Projects Coordinator to oversee operational projects, and facilitate internal processes through valuable insights driven recommendations, and to ensure smooth coordination between departments across multiple business functions and regions. The ideal candidate should be a highly collaborative people person and a team player, having strong experience in operations management, project coordination, process improvement, financial tracking, stakeholder management, and cross-functional communication. The role requires someone who can manage daily operational activities while assisting in driving projects forward within timelines and business objectives. • Oversee and optimize operational projects delivery from initiation to completion. • Coordinate between different departments to ensure smooth workflow and project execution. • Track and effectively report project timelines, deliverables, risks, and operational KPIs. • Develop and improve operational processes, policies, and workflows. • Ensure operational efficiency and continuous process optimization. • Prepare operational reports, dashboards, and status updates for management. • Collaborate with management on strategic operational planning and execution. • Support resource planning and task allocation across teams. • Identify operational bottlenecks and propose practical solutions. • Monitor project budgets, operational costs, and resource utilization. • Ensure alignment between operational execution and business objectives. • Handle stakeholder communication and maintain strong coordination with internal and external parties. • Support crisis management and operational escalations when needed. • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, or related field. • Minimum of 4+ years of experience in Operations, Project Management, or similar roles. • Strong understanding of operational workflows and project lifecycle management. • Experience working with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders. • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities. • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously. • Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, Monday. com, or similar. • Strong reporting and analytical skills. • PMP certification is a plus. • Experience working in regional/multi-country operations is a plus. .
