This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and deep understanding of the local market.</p><br>Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage end-to-end delivery of large-scale projects from initiation through completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to quality standards. Lead cross-functional teams including internal staff, contractors, and vendors across multiple projects simultaneously.</li><li>Serve as primary point of contact for clients and senior stakeholders, maintaining regular communication and managing expectations throughout project lifecycles. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, government entities, and local partners.</li><li>Develop comprehensive project plans including scope definition, resource allocation, scheduling, and risk management. Monitor project performance against established KPIs and implement corrective actions when needed.</li><li>Oversee project budgets and financial reporting, ensuring accurate cost tracking and identifying opportunities for value optimization. Prepare regular status reports and presentations for senior leadership and clients.</li><li>Mentor junior project managers and team members, fostering professional development and knowledge sharing. Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and company policies.</li></ul>Required Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field. This role focuses on mobilising, shaping, designing, and delivering technology-enabled transformation projects across multiple systems and stakeholders.
