About the Role<br>We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Recruitment Administration Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide flexible and efficient administrative support across the recruitment lifecycle, acting as the key contact for all process-related queries. You will work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and stakeholders to ensure a smooth and compliant recruitment experience.<br>Key Responsibilities Manage core recruitment administration tasks such as job postings, interview scheduling, offer management, onboarding, and system updates. Handle more complex requests and support junior team members through training and buddying. Maintain accurate reports, trackers, and documentation (e.g., Operations Manual). Ensure data accuracy and compliance with internal and client policies. Collaborate effectively with recruiters, hiring managers, vendors, and other stakeholders. Provide first-line support for escalations and process updates. Contribute to process improvement projects focused on efficiency and cost savings. Responsibilities Prepare quotations, proposals, contracts, and sales documentation. Process sales orders and ensure accuracy of customer information. Maintain CRM and sales databases with updated records. Coordinate with finance for invoicing, payment follow-up, and customer account status. Support tender and bid submission activities. Coordinate project initiation and handover from sales to delivery teams. Track project milestones, timelines, and deliverables. Follow up with internal teams and customers on project progress. Maintain project schedules and status reports. Escalate delays, risks, and issues to management when required. Prepare weekly and monthly reports for management. Organize contracts, purchase orders, change requests, and project files.<br>Requirements <br>Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university (computer science background is preferred).3 -5 Years of experience in same filed Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
