المسؤوليات الرئيسية
- استقبال وترحيب الزوار والعملاء والضيوف بمهنية.
- استقبال، فرز، وتوجيه المكالمات الهاتفية الواردة.
- إدارة الاستفسارات المكتبية وتقديم معلومات دقيقة.
- جدولة وتنسيق المواعيد والاجتماعات.
- استلام وفرز وتوزيع البريد والطرود الواردة.
- الحفاظ على سجلات الزوار ووثائق المكتب الأمامي.
- التنسيق مع الأقسام الداخلية لدعم أنشطة المكتب اليومية.
- إدارة قاعات الاجتماعات والمساعدة في ترتيباتها.
- التعامل مع المهام الإدارية والكتابية الأساسية.
- الحفاظ على منطقة استقبال نظيفة ومرتبة ومرحبة.
- مراقبة مستلزمات المكتب وتنسيق إعادة التوريد عند الحاجة.
- الحفاظ على سرية معلومات الشركة والزوار.
- تقديم خدمة عملاء ممتازة والتعامل مع الطلبات بشكل مهني.
- أداء مهام إدارية أخرى كما يتم تكليفه.
المتطلبات
- دبلوم أو درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال، الضيافة، أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة سابقة في المكتب الأمامي، الاستقبال، خدمة العملاء، أو الإدارة مفضلة.
- مهارات اتصال وتواصل عالية.
- مظهر مهني وسلوك إيجابي.

We are looking for a Technical Office Sales Coordinator to join our team and support the sales process from technical quotation preparation through order coordination and follow-up.<br>Key Responsibilities Coordinate between Sales, Technical Office, Production, Procurement, and Stores to ensure smooth order execution. Review customer requirements, specifications, drawings, and BOQs and coordinate with the technical team to ensure proper understanding. Prepare and follow up on technical and commercial quotations. Support the Sales Team with technical information, product specifications, and required documentation. Prepare and organize offers, quotations, submittals, and technical documents. Follow up on customer inquiries and coordinate responses with the relevant technical departments. Track quotations, purchase orders, sales orders, and project requirements. Follow up on order status and ensure that customer requirements are communicated clearly to the relevant departments. Maintain accurate records of quotations, orders, revisions, and customer communications. Prepare regular sales and quotation reports and follow up on pending actions. Assist in resolving technical or commercial issues during the sales and order execution cycle.<br>Requirements Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related engineering field.1–3 years of experience in a Technical Office, Sales Coordination, Sales Engineering, or similar role. Firefighting field experience is a MUST. Good knowledge of firefighting systems, equipment, and materials. Ability to understand technical drawings, specifications, and BOQs. Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel. Strong communication, coordination, follow-up, and reporting skills. Good command of English.
