The role ensures that only on-spec product is received, stored, managed, and loaded, and that all tank operations are executed safely and with discipline. This position will be based in Cairo and will require regular travel to El Dekheila Port as needed.</p><p>Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Terminal &amp; Tank Operations: Oversee all shore tank activities, including product receipt, storage, heating, circulation, drainage, and loading. Ensure smooth coordination of tank operations with vessel loading schedules and terminal logistics.</li><li>Quality Control &amp; Compliance: Own and monitor tank quality status, with full authority to approve or reject incoming material. Ensure strict compliance with product quality specifications and contractual requirements. Enforce correct sampling, testing, and handling procedures in line with SOPs and industry standards. Review, analyze, and validate laboratory results and surveyor reports, escalating deviations when required.</li><li>Inspection &amp; Coordination: Coordinate and supervise inspectors, surveyors, and third-party service providers during receipt and loading operations. Act as the primary point of contact for quality and operational inspections at the terminal.</li><li>HSE &amp; Asset Integrity: Enforce HSE standards, operational SOPs, and best practices across all terminal activities. Ensure tank integrity, cleanliness, and housekeeping standards are consistently maintained. Identify operational risks and implement corrective and preventive actions.</li><li>Reporting &amp; Communication: Provide daily operational, quality, and safety updates to relevant stakeholders. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemical Engineering or a closely related discipline. Knowledge of quality management systems and industrial safety standards; familiarity with ISO norms is an advantage. Ability to work on-site in Alexandria, Egypt, manage time effectively, and adapt to a fast-paced, production-focused environment. Proficiency with common engineering software tools and Microsoft Office for reporting and analysis.

<strong>الهدف من الوظيفة:</strong><br>- القيام بكافة الفحوصات والتحاليل الكيميائية والفيزيائية اليومية لعينات الصخور والتربة والمحاليل المستخرجة، لضمان دقة وجودة عمليات معالجة واستخلاص الذهب وفقاً للمواصفات القياسية.<br><br><strong>المهام والمسؤوليات الرئيسية:</strong><br>- استلام عينات الموقع وتجهيزها للتحليل (Sample Preparation) عبر عمليات التجفيف، الطحن، والتقسيم بدقة عالية.<br>- إجراء التحاليل الكيميائية اليومية واختبارات المعايرة (Titration) باستخدام أجهزة المختبر المتطورة.<br>- تشغيل وصيانة ومعايرة أجهزة فحص وتدقيق المختبر (مثل أجهزة الامتصاص الذري AAS) لضمان دقة النتائج.<br>- تسجيل وتوثيق كافة نتائج التحاليل والتقارير بدقة على الأنظمة الإلكترونية ورفعها لمهندسي الإنتاج.<br>- الالتزام الصارم بمعايير السلامة والصحة المهنية (HSES) أثناء التعامل مع المواد الكيميائية والأحماض داخل المختبر.<br><br><strong>المتطلبات والمؤهلات:</strong><br>- مؤهل فني متوسط أو فوق متوسط مناسب أو بكالوريوس علوم (كيمياء) - ويُعد خريجي معهد دون بوسكو / سنجر إضافة قوية.<br>- يفضل خبرة عمل عملية في مختبرات التحليل الكيميائي (يفضل في قطاع التعدين، الأسمنت، أو الصناعات الثقيلة).<br>- معرفة جيدة بطرق تحليل عينات المعادن (مثل فحص الصهر Fire Assay أو التحليل الطيفي).<br>- الدقة المتناهية والتركيز العالي في التعامل مع الأرقام والأوزان الدقيقة.<br>- القدرة على العمل بنظام المناوبات (الورديات) داخل الموقع.

المهام والمسؤليات:• تشغيل وحفظ ومعايرة جميع الأجهزة داخل المعمل• وضع خطة التحاليل الداخلية والخارجية الخاصة بالمنتجات وعرضها على المدير المباشر• تجهيز العينات المرسلة للفحص والتأكد من  سلامة وصلاحية العينة واكتمال بياناتها المعتمدة من إدارة الجودة.• تسجيل وتميز وحفظ العينة لحين الفحص والاحتفاظ بعينة مرجعية و سحب العينات المختلفة إذا كلف بذلك.• متابعة صلاحية الكيماويات والمحاليل المستخدمة والأدوات اللازمة لإجراء الفحوصات .• المشاركة فى وضع خطط وإجراءات المعايرة الدورية للأجهزة والأدوات والكيماويات والمحاليل والعينات المرجعية• تجهيز العينات بطريقة صحيحة تضمن عدم التداخل أو التلوث و عدم التأثير في دقة الفحص أو سلامة النتائج• القيام بأعمال التحليل للعينات وتدوين النتائج يومياً في السجلات الخاصة بذلك وعمل التحليل الإحصائى لها  وعرضها على المدير المباشر• استلام وفحص مواد التعبئة والتغليف الواردة للمجزر وبيان مطابقتها للمواصفات الداخلية الخاصة بها• تطبيق انظمة ومعايير الجودة العالميهٌ بشكل فعال على سلامة المنتجات التى تحقق سياسات الجودة بالشركة.• مسئول عن تنفيذٌ الخطط الخاصة بانظمة الجوده المختلفه بإدارة الجودة فيما يتعلق بقسم المعمل .• ابداء الرأى وعرضه على المدير المباشر لما له صالح في رفع كفآة وجودة العمل والمنتجات في حدود صلاحياته.• تنفيذٌ الاجراءات التصحيحيهٌ الفعاله لحالات عدم المطابقة فى حدود عمله.• إتباع تعليمات وسياسات الجوده والسلامه والصحه المهنيه.•سحب عينات المواد الخام والمنتجات النهائية والمياه وفق خطة أخذ العينات المعتمدة.•استلام العينات والتحقق من سلامتها وتسجيلها طبقًا للإجراءات المعتمدة.•إجراء التحاليل الكيميائية للمنتجات.•إجراء التحاليل الميكروبيولوجية للمياه والمنتجات.•تحليل جودة المياه المستخدمة في الإنتاج.•متابعة نتائج التحاليل وإبلاغ الحالات غير المطابقة فورًا.•تنفيذ أعمال المعايرة الداخلية للأجهزة.•التأكد من صلاحية الكواشف الكيميائية.·•إعداد تقارير نتائج التحاليل اليومية - إصدار شهادات المطابقة عند الحاجة. - الاحتفاظ بسجلات نتائج التحاليل طبقًا لنظام الجودة. متطلبات الوظيفة: • بكالوريوس زراعة (علوم أغذية) أو علوم أو طب بيطري أو ما يعادلها• اللغة الإنجليزية يفضل جيد على الأقل تحدثاً و كتابة• التعامل الجيد مع برامج الحاسب الآلى• خبرة من 2 إلى 4 سنوات في معامل الأغذية أو مصانع الدواجن أو الصناعات الغذائية-القدرة على عمل التحاليل الميكروبيولوجية لعينات المنتجات والمياه القدرة على فحص وبيان مطابقة مواد التعبئة للمواصفاتالقدرة على عمل المعايرة الداخلية للأجهزة والأدوات الخاصة بالقياسالقدرة على عمل التحليل الإحصائى لعرض البيانات والنتائج لإتخاذ القرارات HACCP. ISO 22000.  GLP<p><strong>تفاصيل إضافية</strong></p><ul><li>عدد الشواغر: 1</li><li>نظام الورديات: صباحية فقط</li><li>المزايا: تأمين صحي، تأمين اجتماعي، بدل انتقال</li></ul>

الشروط: خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات. خبرة في محطات الكهرباء، محطات البخار، المصانع الكيميائية، أو المشاريع الصناعية المماثلة. خبرة في:الأعمال الكهربائية. تركيب Cable Tray. تركيب Conduit Pipe. أعمال محطات القوى. أعمال الأجهزة والتحكم (Instrumentation). مطلوب: مندوب مبيعات كيماويات صناعية (صودا كاوية -وحمض الكبرتيك <br>مؤهل جامعي: علوم (كيمياء) / هندسة كيميائية.<br>خبرة 2–5 سنوات في مبيعات المواد الكيميائية الصناعية (B2B).<br>معرفة فنية قوية بتطبيقات (الصودا الكاوية وحمض الكبريتيك).<br>مهارات تفاوض عالية وبناء علاقات مع المصانع والشركات.

تشغيل الغلايات ومتابعة جاهزيتها وفق إجراءات التشغيل المعتمدة.<br>مراقبة ضغط البخار ودرجة الحرارة ومستوى المياه لضمان التشغيل الآمن.<br>تنفيذ أعمال الصيانة الوقائية والتصحيحية للغلايات وملحقاتها.<br>متابعة تشغيل مضخات التغذية، وصمامات الأمان، وأنظمة التحكم الخاصة بالغلايات.<br>إجراء أعمال الفحص الدوري والإبلاغ عن أي أعطال أو تسريبات أو انخفاض في كفاءة التشغيل.<br>متابعة جودة مياه الغلايات والتنسيق مع المختصين لضمان المعالجة الكيميائية المناسبة.<br>تسجيل قراءات التشغيل اليومية وإعداد تقارير الأعطال والصيانة.<br>التعاون مع فرق الصيانة الميكانيكية والكهربائية أثناء أعمال الإصلاح والصيانة.<br>الالتزام بتعليمات السلامة المهنية وإجراءات التشغيل الآمن للغلايات واستخدام معدات الوقاية الشخصية.<br>المحافظة على نظافة غرفة الغلايات والمعدات التابعة لها.<br>تنفيذ أي مهام أخرى ذات صلة بطبيعة الوظيفة يكلف بها المدير المباشر.
