Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Production Engineer role based in Qesm El Obour. The Production Engineer will oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensuring production processes run efficiently, safely, and according to quality standards. Responsibilities include monitoring production lines, coordinating production planning, optimizing workflows, and implementing process improvements. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues, maintain equipment performance, and support continuous improvement initiatives. The Production Engineer will also prepare reports, analyze production data, and contribute to meeting output and quality targets. Qualifications Strong foundation in Production Engineering, with the ability to design, monitor, and improve manufacturing processes. Solid Analytical Skills to interpret production data, identify root causes, and support data-driven decision-making. Experience in Production Planning, including scheduling, resource allocation, and coordination with operations and supply chain teams. Hands-on knowledge of Quality Control practices to ensure products meet specifications and compliance standards. Effective Communication skills for collaborating with technicians, engineers, and management, and documenting procedures clearly. Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Experience in glass manufacturing or similar process-oriented industries is an advantage. Proficiency in relevant engineering and production software, and familiarity with lean manufacturing or continuous improvement methodologies.
