We are seeking an experienced IBM Data Power Integration Designer to design and implement secure, scalable, and high-performing integration solutions. The role will focus on delivering advanced Microsoft Dynamics 365 capabilities across Sales, Customer Service, Customer Insights, Field Service, Dataverse, Power Platform, and Copilot, while ensuring scalable, maintainable, and high-quality solutions. The successful candidate will work closely with functional consultants, solution architects, developers, business stakeholders, and project teams to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, configure, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions based on business and technical requirements. Develop advanced CRM customizations, including plugins, workflows, business logic, custom components, and automation. Work across Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Customer Insights, Field Service, and Customer Voice solutions. Design and implement solutions using Microsoft Dataverse and ensure proper data model alignment across CRM components. Develop and maintain automation using Power Automate and Power Platform capabilities. Design and implement integrations between Dynamics 365 and external systems using APIs, custom connectors, Azure services, and other integration technologies. Develop and maintain C# plugins and custom CRM components using appropriate Microsoft development frameworks. Support the implementation and configuration of Copilot and Copilot Studio capabilities where applicable. Analyze complex technical requirements and translate them into scalable CRM solutions. Participate in solution design discussions and provide technical recommendations based on business requirements and platform capabilities. Ensure CRM customizations follow Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform best practices. Support data model design, relationships, entities, business rules, security considerations, and solution architecture. Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve complex CRM defects and production issues. Perform root-cause analysis and implement sustainable solutions rather than temporary fixes. Support system testing, integration testing, UAT, defect resolution, and deployment activities. Work with Azure Dev Ops for source control, work item tracking, CI/CD, release management, and development collaboration. Participate in code reviews and ensure development standards, quality, security, and maintainability are consistently applied. Prepare and maintain technical documentation for customizations, integrations, configurations, and implemented solutions. Collaborate with functional teams and stakeholders to ensure technical solutions meet business expectations. Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior and mid-level CRM developers. Support continuous improvement of CRM solutions, development standards, and technical processes. Stay updated with new Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Dataverse, and Copilot capabilities and assess their applicability to business solutions. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Relevant Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Power Platform certifications are an advantage. Proven experience working as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer / Technical Consultant in enterprise environments. Strong hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Service. Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Insights, Customer Voice, and/or Field Service. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dataverse and CRM data modeling. Hands-on experience developing C# plugins, workflows, custom actions, and other CRM customizations. Strong experience with Power Automate and Power Platform. Experience with Copilot Studio and/or Microsoft Copilot capabilities is highly desirable. Experience designing and implementing CRM integrations with external applications and enterprise systems.
