Proven expertise in project management, performance monitoring, and process optimization. Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Continuous Improvement practices. Experience with KPIs such as OEE, Yield, Cycle Time, Downtime, and Productivity. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
