Experience Required: 6+ years of experience within a creative agency, digital agency or in-house design team Languages: Fluent in Arabic and English Role Summary We are looking for an experienced Product Designer to support the creation and regional adaptation of digital and marketing assets for the MENA market. The role requires a strong, hands-on designer who can work within an established global brand and design system, adapting existing creative and templates for regional requirements across Arabic and English while maintaining consistency, quality and brand integrity. A key part of the role will be adapting LTR designs for Arabic/RTL, with careful consideration for typography, content flow, hierarchy and composition rather than simply mirroring existing layouts. The designer should understand how regional and cultural considerations influence creative choices and be able to adapt an established global design language appropriately for MENA audiences. Investigate & troubleshoot production & manufacturing issues and set agreed actions with operations team to achieve product & process quality level. Monitor, Investigate & troubleshoot market returns issues and set responsibilities & needed actions to enhance customer satisfaction level. Measure skills of QC team and set training plans based on skills matrix to improve technical skills level for both production and QC teams and encourage them towards continuous improvement and innovation. Ensure that workflows, processes, and products comply with safety regulations to maintain safe working area.
