Responsibilities Maintain the equipment within the required efficiencies. Applying maintenance procedures and ensure people and equipment safety. Lead the working team administratively and technically on daily basis. Achieve and analyze maintenance KPIs and issue periodic follow-up reports. Achieve &amp; follow-up weekly electricity, water, gas consumptions. Control the maintenance expenses on a weekly basis. Cooperate with Purchasing &amp; Engineering team for any technical issues. Revise spare parts strategic items on annual basis. Revise the work orders completion with spare parts withdrawal. Review and modify the spare parts item cards limits to ensure Spare Parts. Availability. Review and sign on purchasing orders and technically approve supplier s offers. Revise, check and approve imported spare parts orders. Participate in planning and preparation for projects. Annual revise for equipment fixed assists registry. Complete the organization structure for his team as per the standard crew Responsible for implementing AIB, TPM, EMS &amp; ERP PEMM systems. Enhance the equipment performance by updating the PM programs. Control team overtime and annual leaves according to the work needs. Raising-up team skills by internal technical training and coach new TLs. Qualifications Engineering Graduate (Mechanical Major) 1-2 years of Experience in the same field Leadership skills. Communication &amp; Presentation skills. Write and speak English fluently. Good computer skills. Time Management. Problems Analysis and solving Measures Plant Net and True Efficiency Technical downtime /MTBF/MTTR Achieving AOP. Quality KPIs Audit scores ( AIB, FS22000, QSHA, and internal audits) Delivering Daily Report (per shift ) to Maintenance Manager Monthly inspection on safety devices assuring 100% compliance Planned Maintenance compliance</div></section>

أولاً: الدعم الفني<br>تقديم الدعم الفني لمستخدمي الشركة وحل المشكلات التقنية اليومية.<br>تركيب وإعداد أجهزة الحاسب الآلي والطابعات والماسحات الضوئية.<br>تثبيت وتحديث أنظمة التشغيل والبرامج المختلفة.<br>متابعة طلبات الدعم الفني وتوثيقها وإغلاقها بعد الحل.<br>ثانياً: إدارة الأجهزة والشبكات<br>صيانة أجهزة الكمبيوتر واللابتوب والأجهزة الطرفية.<br>متابعة أداء الشبكات الداخلية والاتصال بالإنترنت.<br>إعداد وربط المستخدمين بالشبكة والطابعات المشتركة.<br>متابعة أجهزة الشبكات مثل الراوترات والسويتشات ونقاط الاتصال.<br>ثالثاً: إدارة الأنظمة والبرامج<br>إنشاء وإدارة حسابات المستخدمين والبريد الإلكتروني.<br>متابعة النسخ الاحتياطي للبيانات واستعادتها عند الحاجة.<br>تحديث الأنظمة والتطبيقات بشكل دوري.<br>التأكد من سلامة قواعد البيانات والملفات المشتركة.<br>رابعاً: أمن المعلومات<br>تطبيق سياسات أمن المعلومات المعتمدة بالشركة.<br>تثبيت وتحديث برامج الحماية ومكافحة الفيروسات.<br>متابعة صلاحيات المستخدمين ومنع الوصول غير المصرح به.<br>الإبلاغ عن أي مخاطر أو حوادث أمنية تقنية.<br>خامساً: التقارير والتطوير<br>إعداد تقارير دورية عن الأعطال والصيانة.<br>حصر الأصول التقنية وتحديث سجلاتها.<br>تقديم مقترحات لتحسين البنية التحتية التقنية.<br>المشاركة في تنفيذ المشاريع التقنية الجديدة.
