In this role, you will be the critical link between our R&D, our third-party manufacturing partners, and our fulfillment operations, ensuring our skincare products are produced on time, to spec, and perfectly tracked.</p><p> </p><p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p><p>● <strong>Manufacturer Management:</strong> Act as the primary point of contact for our third-party manufacturing facilities. You will plan production orders, coordinate shipping, communicate production orders, track production orders, and ensure strict adherence to our quality and timeline expectations.</p><p>● <strong>Supplier Communications:</strong> Source and manage relationships with raw material and packaging suppliers, negotiating terms and ensuring compliance with our quality standards, and evaluating suppliers based on quality, cost, and reliability.</p><p>● <strong>Inventory & Batch Tracking:</strong> Oversee inventory levels using Zoho Inventory. <li>Payroll Administration: Ensure accurate and timely processing of monthly payroll, including deductions, overtime, and compliance with labor laws</li>
<li>Personnel management: Maintain and update employee records, contracts and HRIS data to ensure accuracy and Confidentiality</li>
<li>Social insurance & Governmental entities: Manage relationship with social insurance operations (form 1-2-6) and labor bureau and any other related entitles.</li>
<li>Medical Operations & benefits Administration: Manage employee medical insurance enrollment, claims, and benefits & liaise with providers for smooth operations</li>
<li>onboarding & Off-Boarding Activites:Handle new joiners documents and exit formalities including clearance, final settlement and documentation in compliance with company policies</li>
<li>Compliance & documentation: ensure adherence to labor regulations and internal HR policies, prepare reports for audits and inspections</li>
