<p>We are looking for a responsible accountant to follow up and manage the company's daily financial operations, including preparing and following up on salaries, deposits, expenses, and monitoring the company's budget, while ensuring the accuracy and organization of financial records.</p><p><strong>Tasks and Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Prepare and follow up on employee salaries periodically.</li><li>Monitor deposits, transfers, and banking transactions.</li><li>Record and monitor company expenses, invoices, and payables.</li><li>Monitor the budget, cash flows, and expenses.</li><li>Prepare periodic financial reports and submit them to management.</li><li>Review financial documents and ensure their accuracy and organization.</li><li>Follow up on payables and payments and coordinate with relevant parties.</li><li>Negotiate and communicate with suppliers and service providers regarding prices, payment terms, and payables.</li><li>Contribute to organizing and improving financial procedures within the company.</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements and Skills:</strong></p><ul><li>Relevant experience in accounting.</li><li>Proficiency in using Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel.</li><li>High accuracy and good organization in following up on details and numbers.</li><li>Ability to manage and follow up on financial tasks independently.</li><li>Strong communication and negotiation skills.</li></ul>
