Job Purpose The Internal Audit Supervisor is responsible for planning and executing internal audit assignments, evaluating the effectiveness of internal controls, identifying risks and control gaps, and providing practical recommendations to strengthen the organization’s governance, risk management, and internal control environment. Key Responsibilities Plan and execute internal audit engagements in accordance with the approved annual audit plan. Conduct risk assessments and identify key operational, financial, compliance, and process-related risks. Review the effectiveness and adequacy of internal controls, policies, and procedures. Key Responsibilities Follow up on daily administrative activities and requirements from the Cairo office. Coordinate with the Suez/Ain Sokhna site regarding administrative needs and requests. Prepare and follow up on payment requests, invoices, and supporting documents. Coordinate with the Finance/Accounting Department to ensure payments are processed on time. Follow up on government payments, suppliers' payments, service providers, and other administrative expenses. Verify payment documents and ensure that the required approvals are obtained before submission. Maintain records of payment requests, invoices, receipts, and other financial documents related to administration. Follow up with suppliers and service providers regarding quotations, invoices, payments, and outstanding issues. Coordinate administrative procurement and purchasing requirements when needed. Monitor the status of pending requests and provide regular updates to management. Coordinate with different departments to collect required documents and information. Maintain organized administrative records and ensure proper filing of documents. Support the site team with Cairo-based administrative requirements. Ensure that administrative procedures and company policies are properly followed. Prepare regular reports on administrative activities, pending payments, and outstanding requests.
