Maintain and enhance the Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental standards within the scope of this role.<br>Functional:Maintain accurate workforce databases, contractor records, and manpower information. Validate workforce attendance, contractor timesheets, and supporting documentation. Monitor workforce headcount, attendance, absenteeism, overtime, turnover, and labor utilization. Analyze workforce performance trends and provide actionable insights to management. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly workforce reports and dashboards.
