Our idealAssistant OutletManagermust have excellent reading, writing & oralproficiencyin the English language& good computer skills, with a college degree preferably in hotel & restaurant management whilepossessing2-3 years of experience as an AssistantOutlet Assistant Managerwith a minimum1 yearfinedining experience.Must also have thorough knowledge of service, cost control in F&B, labor controls, menu writing, maintenance,merchandisingand accounting.

نحن نبحث حالياً عنمساعدمدير منفذذي سلوك جيد وبصيرة وشغف، الذييملك القدرة علىتطوير والمحافظة على بيئة أنيقة مُجهزة بموظفين رفيعي المستوى م dedicatedة لتجربة مميزة ومتيقظة لجميع فترات تناول الطعام، إضافة إلى القدرة على تعيين وتدريب والإشراف وفرض الانضباط على جميع موظفي المنفذ والقدرة على الحفاظ على أسلوب ودود ولكنهغير ملحمي مع جميع الضيوف.
مدير المنفذ المساعد المثالي لدينا:
يجب أن يمتلكالمساعد المثاليمدير المنفذإجادة تامة في القراءة والكتابة والمحادثة باللغة الإنجليزية مع مهارات حاسوب جيدة, مع شهادة جامعية يُفضل في إدارة الفنادق والمطاعم مع خبرة من عامين إلى ثلاث سنوات كـمساعد مدير منفذ مع خبرة لا تقل عن سنة واحدة في المطاعم الفاخرة. كما يجب أن يمتلك معرفة شاملة بالخدمة، ومراقبة التكاليف في قسم الأغذية والمشروبات، والرقابة على العمالة، وكتابة القوائم، والصيانة، والتخطيط، و**التسويق** و المحاسبة.
