The Role of Outlet Manager:
We are currently seeking an Outlet Manager that is well-mannered, visionary, and passionate, who has the ability to develop & maintain an elegantly appointed environment with superior staff dedicated to an attentive, distinctive experience for all dining periods, as well as the ability to hire, train, supervise & discipline all outlet staff and the ability to maintain a friendly yet unobtrusive manner with all guests.
Our Ideal Outlet Manager:
Our ideal Outlet Manager must have excellent reading, writing & oral proficiency in the English language & good computer skills, with a college degree preferably in hotel & restaurant management while possessing 2-3 years of experience as an Outlet Manager with a minimum 1 year fine dining experience. Must also have thorough knowledge of service, cost control in F&B, labor controls, menu writing, maintenance, merchandising and accounting.

يجب أن يمتلك مدير الوجهة المثالي مهارة قراءة وكتابة وتحدث ممتازة باللغة الإنجليزية ومهارات حاسوبية جيدة، مع شهادة جامعية ويفضل أن تكون في إدارة الفنادق والمطاعم مع خبرة 2-3 سنوات كمدير وجهة مع خبرة لا تقل عن سنة في المطاعم الفاخرة. كما يجب أن يمتلك معرفة شاملة بالخدمة، ومراقبة التكاليف في الأغذية والمشروبات، والسيطرة على العمالة، وكتابة القوائم، والصيانة، والتجارة، والمحاسبة.
