Together, these solutions aim to make home services more organized, convenient, and hassle-free for customers.<br>Role Description The General Manager Sales Operations is a full-time, on-site role based in New Cairo, responsible for leading and optimizing the sales operations function supporting Midas Misr’s home services platforms. This role oversees daily sales activities, including managing sales teams, setting targets, monitoring performance, and ensuring processes are aligned with business objectives. The General Manager Sales Operations collaborates closely with operations, customer service, and marketing to improve lead generation, conversion, and retention, while ensuring consistent service quality and customer satisfaction. The role includes designing and refining sales workflows, analyzing sales data, preparing performance reports, and implementing tools and systems that enhance efficiency and transparency. This position also involves building relationships with key partners and stakeholders, contributing to strategic planning, and driving continuous improvement across sales and operations.<br>Qualifications<br> Strong Sales and Sales Operations skills, with experience in managing sales teams and optimizing end-to-end sales processes. Proficiency in Operations Management, including developing scalable workflows and coordinating cross-functional activities. Demonstrated focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with the ability to design and enforce standards that improve the customer experience. Experience with performance analytics, forecasting, and KPI tracking in a high-growth or technology-driven environment. Proven leadership abilities, including team development, coaching, and change management. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field; an advanced degree or relevant certifications are an advantage. Background in mobile applications, home services, or service marketplaces is preferred. Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is beneficial.
