<p>-Review project contract documents, drawings, BOQs, and specifications.</p><p>- Prepare, review, and follow up on mechanical shop drawings with consultants.</p><p>- Prepare RFIs and coordinate technical clarifications with project stakeholders.</p><p>- Review subcontractors’ and vendors’ shop drawings to ensure compliance with project requirements.</p><p>- Coordinate mechanical drawings with architectural, structural, and electrical disciplines.</p><p>- Resolve technical issues arising during construction and support site execution.</p><p>- Prepare accurate as-built drawings upon project completion.</p><p>- Ensure compliance with project specifications, industry codes, and quality standards.</p><p>- Maintain shop drawing logs and technical documentation.</p><p>- Collaborate with the Technical Office Manager and project team to ensure timely project delivery.</p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li><p>* Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.</p><p>* 2–3 years of experience in Mechanical Technical Office works within construction companies.</p><p>* Good knowledge of HVAC, Fire Fighting, Plumbing, and Infrastructure systems.</p><p>* Proficiency in AutoCAD is a must.</p><p>* Good knowledge of Revit MEP is preferred.</p><p>* Experience in preparing and reviewing shop drawings, RFIs, BOQs, material submittals, and as-built drawings.</p><p>* Familiarity with Egyptian Codes, ASHRAE, NFPA, and relevant international standards.</p><p>* Good coordination skills with consultants, subcontractors, and other engineering disciplines.</p><p>* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.</p><p>* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.</p><p>* Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.</p></li></ul><p></p>
