Key duties:- Coordinate digital, software, HSE technology, consultancy, and implementation projects from initiation to closure.- Review project scopes, client requirements, contracts, and technical deliverables.- Prepare project plans, trackers, action logs, progress reports, and delivery follow-up sheets.- Coordinate between Operations, Presales, consultants, suppliers, technology partners, and clients.- Track milestones, risks, pending actions, client approvals, and scope changes.- Maintain structured project documentation on tools such as Share Point, Zoho Projects, CRM, or similar systems.- Support software demos, deployment coordination, and documentation for safety technology solutions such as HSE platforms, IoT, VR/AR, monitoring tools, or automation solutions.- Prepare technical reports, presentations, meeting minutes, and project closure documentation.- Ensure proper project handover from Presales to Operations with clear scope, deliverables, assumptions, and exclusions.
Must-have requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mechatronics, Communications, Electrical, Mechanical, or a related technical field.- Minimum 2 years’ experience in project coordination, PMO, technical coordination, software implementation, digital transformation, or technology-based projects.- Background in software, Saa S, B2B technology solutions, industrial technology, digital platforms, HSE technology, or engineering technology solutions.- Strong Excel, Power Point, documentation, and reporting skills.- Experience using project tracking or collaboration tools such as Zoho Projects, MS Project, Share Point, Jira, Asana, Monday.com, Trello, or similar.- Strong written and spoken English and Arabic.- High attention to detail and strong follow-up discipline.
