• Lead the preparation, review, and approval of comprehensive electrical Shop Drawings (Lighting, Power, Low Current, Single Line Diagrams, and Cable Routing).

• Perform precise Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and material take-off (MTO) processes for all electrical works.

• Prepare, review, and follow up on Material Submittals ensuring technical compliance with project specifications and vendor lists.

• Conduct technical coordination and clash detection between electrical networks and other disciplines (Civil, Architectural, and Mechanical) using Revit MEP.

• Study project contracts, tender documents, and technical specifications to identify potential variations and prepare variation orders.

• Review and verify subcontractor invoices, variations, and physical progress claims.

• Provide effective technical solutions to resolve site construction issues related to electrical installations.

• Coordinate closely with the procurement team to ensure accurate and timely material ordering.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of solid experience in Electrical Technical Office engineering.

• Industry: Prior experience in Contracting / Construction companies is a MUST (experience in infrastructure or mega projects is highly preferred).

• Software: Deep expertise in (AutoCAD, Revit MEP, MS Excel, and Navisworks) is a MUST.

• Skills: Strong engineering coordination, value engineering capabilities, and excellent team leadership skills.
