We specialize in<strong> cold-pressed oils, steam-distilled essential oils, and botanical extracts</strong>, serving both the pharmaceutical and cosmetic sectors.</p><p></p><p><strong>Role Description:</strong></p><p>• Ensuring that all manufacturing, QC, warehousing, and support activities comply with the QMS, GMP, ISO standards, and regulatory requirements.</p><p>• The role supports continuous improvement initiatives, manages quality documentation, investigates deviations, and oversees audits.</p><p></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><p></p><p><strong> Quality Management System (QMS)</strong></p><ul><li><p>Ensure compliance with ISO, FSSC, GMP, and internal procedures.</p></li><li><p>Review and approve quality documents including specifications, Batch records, QC reports, COA, Forms, Logs, CAPA, and Validation reports</p></li><li><p>Participate in supplier audits, qualification, documentation, and performance.</p></li><li><p>Train employees on Quality Systems, GMP, SOPs, hygiene, and Food Safety</p></li><li><p>Plan and conduct internal audits.</p></li><li><p>Prepare training and audit reports, compliance scores, and follow-up corrective actions. </p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Manufacturing Quality Assurance</strong></p><ul><li><p>Monitor production activities and perform in-process quality inspections.</p></li><li><p>Verify production records before batch release.</p></li><li><p>Review deviations affecting product quality.</p></li><li><p>Support and review Cleaning and Process Validation</p></li><li><p>Equipment Qualification and Calibration Programs </p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) Management </strong></p><ul><li><p>Develop, implement, and monitor CAPA effectiveness.</p></li><li><p>Perform Root Cause Analysis and preventive actions.</p></li><li><p>Conduct risk assessments using HACCP methodology.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor's degree in<strong> Pharmacy, Chemistry, and Food Science.</strong></p></li><li><p><strong>5 years of Quality Assurance experience in Foods, Nutraceuticals, cosmetics, or Pharmaceutical manufacturing.</strong></p></li><li><p>Living in <strong>Upper Egypt, specially El- Fayoum.</strong></p></li><li><p>Strong knowledge of GMP, ISO, and HACCP.</p></li><li><p>Strong knowledge of Good Documentation Practices (GDP).</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of NFSA requirements is an advantage.</p></li></ul><p></p>
