Job Responsibilities: - Responsible for achieving monthly and annual targets. - Responsible for setting a weekly itinerary plan and presenting it to the supervisor for approval. - Communicate with customers to set daily visit appointments according to the plan with the Membership Supervisor – Routes. - Responsible for attending seminars and being present with mobile customer service vehicles. - Committed to attending regular visits for targeted groups and beneficiaries with the IGEC officer (Customer Service – Sales). - Responsible for making introductory visits to the institution's services for the targeted groups. - Responsible for obtaining all required data and documents in forms and financial receipts (membership subscriptions – takaful – loans – recall promises - sponsorship). - Responsible for bringing all required papers and delivering them to the relevant department. - Responsible for receiving subscription fees and monthly collections from beneficiaries of the institution's services and handing them to the financial department. - Responsible for obtaining all signatures and data required in statements of deduction of installments for the members of the takaful fund dealing with IGEC and delivering them to the responsible departments. - Responsible for obtaining all signatures and data required for resignations of the takaful fund and delivering them to the responsible departments. - Responsible for obtaining and bringing all documents and papers necessary for disbursing benefits to takaful subscribers. - Responsible for delivering and disbursing benefits and entitlements of the takaful fund in coordination with his/her direct manager and IGEC officer. - Responsible for delivering settlements related to disbursement of benefits and entitlements of the takaful fund to the relevant departments. - Collect loan applications from subscribers and send them to the supervisor for approval by Operations Department and ensure compliance with terms and rules. - Responsible for obtaining and receiving all documents required for disbursement of the lending committee and delivering them to the direct manager. - Communicate with loan beneficiaries before completing the disbursement process in coordination with the direct manager to confirm terms and disbursement dates. - Participation in loan disbursement committees. - Responsible for listing late payers of monthly installments and informing the direct manager monthly. - Responsible for monthly collection of installments due from loan beneficiaries. - Receipt and delivery of trust receipts to loan beneficiaries after complete repayment. - Responsible for receiving the medical card from the Operations Department and delivering it to subscribers. - Responsible for communicating with sick cases and informing them of the documents required to obtain medical services. - Assisting the beneficiary in obtaining the necessary papers to benefit from services if required. - Make visits to patients among subscribers to check on their health and collect the clients’ medical papers, review them, and hand them to the relevant department. - Responsible for receiving the amount of medical expenses and making another visit to the technician to return the medical reimbursement due to them. - Visit cases of widowed women and kidney failure and collect the required papers to implement widow and total disability allowances. - Create and implement case studies for total disability and widowed women and humanitarian cases required of him. - Document successful visits and all provided benefits with photos and send them to the work group. - Attend the weekly meeting for customer service and sales to present what was achieved during the week in the region. - Receive resignation forms from the Operations Department and hand them to the subscriber to obtain the necessary signatures. - Responsible for attending IGEC annual parties and achieving the objectives set for each party. - The representative is committed to delivering, receiving, and informing the direct manager and the relevant departments of all papers, documents, and information within the specified times for each item. <p><strong>Additional Details</strong></p><ul><li>Vacancies: 2</li><li>Shift System: Morning only</li><li>Benefits: Health insurance, Social insurance, Transport allowance</li></ul>

<p>Job Description</p><ul><li><p>Job Summary The Senior Sales Engineer will be responsible for promoting and selling the company's CSSD &amp; Sterilization portfolio across Upper Egypt, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with hospitals and healthcare providers.</p></li></ul><p>Responsibilities</p><ol><li><p>Promote and sell CSSD &amp; Sterilization equipment to hospitals and healthcare facilities.</p></li><li><p>Develop new business opportunities and expand the customer base across Upper Egypt.</p></li><li><p>Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions.</p></li><li><p>Prepare quotations and negotiate commercial offers.</p></li><li><p>Follow up on sales opportunities until closing.</p></li><li><p>Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate with the application and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.</p></li><li><p>Participate in conferences, workshops, and exhibitions.</p></li><li><p>Monitor market trends and competitor activities.</p></li><li><p>Prepare regular sales forecasts and activity reports.</p></li><li><p>Achieve assigned sales targets.</p></li></ol><p></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Pharmacy, Science, or a related field.</p></li><li><p>5–8 years of experience in CSSD &amp; Sterilization medical equipment sales.</p></li><li><p>Hands-on experience with one or more of the following products:</p></li></ul><ol><li><p>Steam Sterilizers (Autoclaves)</p></li><li><p>Hydrogen Peroxide Plasma Sterilizers</p></li><li><p>Washer Disinfectors</p></li><li><p>Ultrasonic Cleaners</p></li><li><p>CSSD Workstations</p></li><li><p>Packing &amp; Sealing Machines</p></li><li><p>Sterilization Containers &amp; Accessories</p></li></ol><p></p><ul><li><p>Strong understanding of CSSD workflow and sterilization standards.</p></li><li><p>Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.</p></li><li><p>Strong business development and key account management skills.</p></li><li><p>Ability to travel extensively across Upper Egypt.</p></li><li><p>Own a car with a valid driving license (Mandatory).</p></li><li><p>Must be a resident of <strong>Upper Egypt</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Good command of English.</p></li><li><p>Proficiency in Microsoft Office.</p></li></ul><p></p>
