Functional:Screens proposed customers against Target Market Plan and Risk Acceptance Criteria, to initially identify ADIB EGYPT credit risk appetite for obligors and setting the facility structure, subject to Business and Risk Management approvals and the Wholesale Bank Policy. Furnishes and updates the Business Analyst with client information, financial statements, and relevant data, for the different types of CA reviews (Annual, Initial, Interim etc.). Reviews and approves extensions of credit (for Credit Officers) and ensure that the data within these extensions of credit are accurate and that they are designed with the appropriate requested facility package and all credit risks are properly addressed. Ensures that the extensions of credit are consistent with the relationship profile and endorsing the risk/reward balance. Ensures appropriate obligor / facility risk ratings in line with the risk ratings Policy of the bank. Conducts regular accounts follow up assisted by periodical reports to avoid the manifestation of past dues, excess and the breach of terms and conditions of the approved facilities. Prepares Green Light memos, Term Exposure, Summary sheeted, in case of term exposures. Request amendments / changes in the terms and conditions as the credit might warrant. Monitors changes in the risk position of the clients using renewal and monitoring tools, and are promptly communicated to Business and Risk managers. Maintains regular contacts with customers to sort any internal/ departmental issues with immediate action, supporting CSU Service Unit to serve customers in the best way, as per approved SLA. Conducts periodic client calls / site visits and document client calls with the frequency indicated in the Credit Analysis section. Maintains customer loyalty and promote brand identity by providing excellent customer service via regular updates and reviews on bank’s range of financial products as well as customers’ financial needs. Provides quality service to clients and closely follow up and ensure the processing of all requests (new facilities, increase of existing facilities, amendments, waivers, operations requests etc) up to their satisfaction duly within SLAs without deviation. Conducts marketing calls to screen the market And approaching potential relationships. Identifies expansion opportunities with existing clientele base to achieve portfolio growth. Monitors practices of competition and report findings to Unit & Department Heads. Provides product specialists with qualified referrals for cross-sell. Responsible for overall parent relationship management and providing a wide range of treasury, cash management, trade and corporate finance products and solutions. Monitors Past Dues Report, and take any required action, after consulting with Unit Head and/or Wholesale Bank Head. Classifies the weak / troubled exposure. Follow developments closely, compare them with established benchmarks, and take alternative measures if the situation continues to deteriorate. Ensures those extensions of credit follow regulatory limits and the Central Bank of Egypt regulations and guidelines. Initiates “credit checking” and “Central de Risqué – CBE” requests, and ensure their completeness by the time of the credit approval. Provides recommendations to improve the current procedures and processes to ensure that work is carried out in an efficient manner. And any other assigned tasks. Academic and professional qualifications University/College Degree in Accounting,MA /MBA is an advantage Certified in core credit course Experience and other requirements Basic Qualifications:Islamic banking knowledge Sound understanding of corporate, treasury, cash and trade, corporate lending products and other products offered. Strong credit appraisal and marketing skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial information. Candidates with a past credit limit for corporate credits will be given a preference. Field Service Engineer – Citrus Optical Sizing & Potato Steam Peeling lines<br>Position Summary<br>We are seeking a highly motivated and hands-on Field Service Engineer to support the installation, commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization of citrus optical sizing equipment and potato steam peeling processing lines. He is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the PHGs 250 SMRs units, H2 compressor and backup system based on the Air Products Ain Sokhna.<br><br>Working alongside the AP personals at site and country to ensure the smooth and reliable operation and maintenance of all aspects of the Air Products Ain Sokhna facility.<br><br>Nature and Scope<br><br>St Gobain site in Al Ein Sokhna is Air Products 3rd fully owned and operated plant in Egypt.<br><br>The Plant Consists Of<br><br>2 x PHG250 small Steam Methane Reformers (SMR). H2 compressor. Backup system<br><br>The customer is St Gobain. The Air Products plant is located within the customer’s site. The products from the Air Products plants go directly to the mix station that AL is mixing with N2 before sending to St Gobain area. There is a high level of integration between St Gobain and Air Products with respect to feedstock’s, products and utilities. The products are critical to Glass plant operations.<br><br>The plants run on continuous basis and there is a strong emphasis of high reliability and high efficiency.<br><br>Principal Responsibilities<br><br>Understand all relevant EH&S regulations applicable to the facility and develop plans on how they will be implemented at the facility to ensure compliance. Understand and implement Air Products EH&S work processes including emergency preparedness and incident management. Report, and where possible, eliminate all potential hazards by using the Air Products Basic Safety Practice (BSP) system. Regularly participate in site and operations safety meetings to ensure all safety related issues are identified, discussed, understood and then successfully resolved. As part of the on call team, responsible for the security and safety of site, liaise with the customer as appropriate. Maintain company rules for discipline, punctuality, absenteeism, etc.,Maintain good housekeeping and tidiness in the facility. At all times wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Support of all aspects of the day-to-day operation of the H2 plant, including troubleshooting plant process problems, carrying out the daily plant activities and participating in the plant projects. Ensure that customer requirements are met at all times, by direct liaison and administration of the site quality procedures. Working with AP personals at site and support resources to achieve productivity targets.have expert knowledge of and to operate and maintain all systems, identified under job dimensions’ section so that the optimum performance and reliability is achieved at all times. Make entries into plant logbook to include all operating data, messages, unusual events, work done & spares used. Liaise with personnel oncoming to site to communicate plant conditions, work instruction; existing work permits in force etc. Collect production data, check for errors or signs of plant problems. Be able to resolve discrepancies prior bringing to the attention of Facility Manager. Carry out routine and specific work tasks as directed by Facility Manager or his delegate and to be able to identify work required. Start, stop and isolate equipment and unit processes as required. To be fully conversant with all modifications carried out on site as the plant/customer requirements dictate. As and when possible, learn to operate any other plants in the facility to allow more flexibility in working arrangements. During plant shutdowns maintain overall control of safety and operation on the plant. Provide assistance and support to the team performing the maintenance. Provide technical, operational and trouble-shooting assistance at the facility as and when required. Ensure that routine maintenance as designated by the SAP PM system and non-routine maintenance as and when required, is diligently performed to the necessary standards, utilizing the resources within the plant and outside resources where required (contract labor / outside technicians). Work with minimal supervision on the Air Products, site - designated continuous shift or “On – Call” system. This requires working and managing all job activities, for periods of time up to and beyond a full shift period, when circumstances make this necessary. Respond to critical alarm dial outs from the Plant (or by other contact from customer etc) by remote connection to site to ensure product supplies remain on line to customer as required. Carry out remote start-up of Plant/equipment as and when required during period On Call. Provide cover as required and when available. To be able, as required, to stand in for the Facility Manager should circumstances make this necessary.<br><br>Minimum Requirements<br><br>Bachelor degree in Instrumentation/Electrical Engineering. Minimum 5 years’ experience in gas, petrochemical, or related industries. Excellent Communication & coordination skills.
