We are looking for a high-impact leader to own the performance, structure, and scalability of Tabby’s SME Sales & Activation Engine.<br>This is a high-volume leadership role. You will manage a large team of tele-sales and onboarding specialists responsible for acquiring merchants and moving them from "prospect" to "live and transacting." You are not just managing people; you are managing productivity. You will drive efficiency by incorporating technology for pre-qualification, optimizing call cadences, and ensuring our "bread and butter" SME sector scales without chaos.<br>This role sits above day-to-day execution but requires a deep understanding of sales floor dynamics, funnel mechanics, and operational rigor. Key Responsibilities Key Responsibilities<br><br>1. Team Leadership & Sales Culture<br>Hire, train, and lead a large team of Inside Sales Managers and Executives. Build a high-performance culture focused on distinct KPIs: Call volume, connect rates, conversion rates, and time-to-live. Coach managers on driving daily productivity and holding their teams accountable. Foster a culture of trust, directness, and psychological safety, while maintaining uncompromising standards for output.<br>2. Tech-Enablement & Pre-Qualification<br>Lead the integration of technology (AI, automation, or CRM tools) to automate the pre-qualification of leads before they reach the sales team. Design workflows where technology handles the heavy lifting of vetting, allowing your sales team to focus solely on high-quality, convertible merchants. Continuously audit our sales stack to remove friction and increase "selling time" per agent.<br>3. Operational Ownership (The Funnel)<br>Own the end-to-end funnel metrics Identify leakage points in the funnel. If merchants are stalling at the "Approved" stage, you find the root cause and fix it. Review numbers daily/weekly. Challenge performance narratives with data, not feelings. Balance speed with quality, ensure we are launching merchants fast, but also launching them correctly so they transact immediately.<br>4. Process Design & Continuous Improvement<br>Design and document SOPs and Playbooks for the sales and onboarding teams. Remove bottlenecks by clarifying dependencies between Sales, Risk, and Ops. Drive structural fixes over manual workarounds. If a process requires constant escalation, it is broken—you are here to fix it.<br>5. Performance Management & Reporting Define clear success metrics (Daily Activity, Pipeline Health, Activation Speed) and ensure consistent tracking via dashboards. Collective Performance Model: Implement a structure where team success dictates individual success. Ensure transparency in how targets are set and reviewed. Hold managers accountable for outcomes (revenue/live merchants), not just outputs (number of calls made).<br>6. Cross-Functional Alignment<br>Act as the primary bridge between Rev Ops, Risk, Legal, Product, and Tech. Translate cross-functional constraints (e.g., changes in Risk policy) into clear execution plans for your sales floor. Escalate strategically, bring solutions and context, not just noise.<br>What Success Looks Like<br>High Efficiency: High volume of calls/activities yielding high conversion rates due to effective pre-qualification tech. Speed to Lead: Merchants are contacted, signed, and activated rapidly. Predictability: Targets are hit consistently without end-of-month panic/firefighting. Strong Leadership: You have built a layer of strong managers who can run the floor independently.<br>Skills, Knowledge & Expertise<br>7+ years experience in high-velocity Sales, Business Development, or Sales Operations.3+ years experience managing managers and large teams (15+ people). Proven track record of implementing sales technology (Dialers, CRM automation, Lead Scoring) to drive efficiency. Experience in Fintech, BNPL, Saa S, or high-volume E-commerce is strongly preferred. Strong command of data (Excel/Sheets, Salesforce/Hub Spot, Tableau/Looker).<br>What This Role Is Not Not an Individual Contributor role (you are leading leaders) Not a purely "Strategy" role (you must be willing to get your hands dirty in the ops). Not a "Relationship Management" role (this is about acquisition and activation velocity).<br>Job Benefits Flexible working hours and autonomy. A working environment where the quality of your work shapes your career trajectory. Employee Stock Options Program (ESOP). Medical & Social Insurance. Flexi Perks: Monetary benefit for health, well-being, or professional development. AI Subscription Allowance of up to 250$Hybrid Work Setup2 months Remote work allowance

<p>Project description
The paradigm of software is shifting from reactive to proactive. At Luxoft, we are at the forefront of this transformation, engineering the next generation of Agentic AI systems. We are seeking an exceptional Backend Engineer to architect the core infrastructure for software that doesn't just execute commands, but reasons, plans, and acts autonomously.
As a key member of our elite AI Core team, you will move beyond traditional backend development to build the central nervous system for our AI agents. This role is for a true systems builder—someone passionate about creating robust, scalable, and intelligent platforms that empower autonomous AI to solve complex, real-world problems. You will be instrumental in crafting the bridge between raw data and digital cognition.
What You'll Be Building: The Engine of Intelligence
As our Backend Engineer for Agentic Systems, you will own the end-to-end lifecycle of the agent's core infrastructure—from its memory and logic to its deployment and operational resilience.
- The Agent's Communication Backbone: You will wield FastAPI and Pydantic to design and build high-throughput, asynchronous, and self-documenting APIs. These are more than just endpoints; they are the high-bandwidth channels through which our agents perceive data, communicate their intent, and interact with external tools and systems. Your Pydantic models will define the rigorous data contracts that ensure absolute integrity across our distributed environment.
- The Agent's Cognitive Framework: You will architect and implement the core systems that enable agentic behavior. This involves developing sophisticated state machines, implementing advanced reasoning loops (e.g., ReAct, Chain-of-Thought), and orchestrating the workflows that allow agents to plan, delegate tasks, and leverage a diverse suite of tools.
- The Agent's Memory and Knowledge Base: An agent's power lies in its ability to learn and recall. You will be the steward of our agents' memory systems, leveraging the reliability of PostgreSQL. You will design and manage complex database schemas for storing conversation histories, learned knowledge graphs, and operational logs. Your expertise in database management and optimization will be critical to ensuring our agents can access information instantaneously as their knowledge scales.
- The Agent's Operational Habitat: Our AI agents must be deployed with unwavering reliability and scale on demand. You will master Docker to containerize our entire agentic ecosystem, creating reproducible, isolated, and portable environments that guarantee consistency from development to production.
Responsibilities
Architect & Develop: Design, build, and maintain high-performance backend services in Python, using FastAPI for our core agentic platform.
Model Reality: Implement complex data validation and serialization schemas with Pydantic to ensure data integrity across our distributed systems.
Empower Agents: Develop the core logic for AI agents, including tool integration, state management, and multi-step reasoning frameworks.
Manage Data Persistence: Design, optimize, and manage PostgreSQL databases. Write efficient SQL queries, manage migrations, and ensure the long-term health and scalability of our data stores.
Containerize & Deploy: Create and maintain clean, efficient Dockerfiles and Docker Compose configurations for all backend services, streamlining our deployment pipelines.
Collaborate & Innovate: Work in close partnership with AI Researchers, Prompt Engineers, and Frontend Developers to deliver cohesive, end-to-end intelligent solutions.
Test & Harden: Author comprehensive unit and integration tests to guarantee the reliability and robustness of the foundational systems powering our agents.
Skills
Must have
Technical Excellence:
Proven Professional Experience: A minimum of 3 years in backend engineering, with a strong portfolio of building scalable, production-grade systems using robust Python skills. This includes deep, hands-on experience with database management.
Deep expertise in FastAPI and a strong appreciation for its asynchronous capabilities. Also utilizing RUST programming language is highly valuable
Mastery of Pydantic for creating strict, type-safe data models that enforce architectural clarity.
Experince in any of common agentic frameworks such as langGraph, Pydantic-AI, Google ADK, Agno or any similar framework
Strong command of PostgreSQL, including advanced schema design, query optimization, and indexing strategies.
Production-level experience with Docker, with a proven ability to write clean, multi-stage Dockerfiles and manage containerized applications.
The Agentic Mindset:
A profound passion for AI and a demonstrable interest in agentic systems. You have likely experimented with frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or AutoGen, or you possess a strong desire to build such systems from fundamental principles.
A systems-thinking approach. You can visualize how disparate components—LLMs, databases, APIs, and tools—integrate to form a single, intelligent entity.
Personal Attributes:
Insatiable Curiosity: You are constantly learning and exploring the bleeding edge of AI and software engineering.
Ownership Mentality: You don't just write code; you take ownership of the systems you build and are accountable for their performance and reliability.
Collaborative Spirit: You thrive in a team environment, sharing knowledge and elevating those around you.
Nice to have
Experience with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Chroma, Weaviate).
Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform).
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).
Experience with message queues (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka) for asynchronous task processing.

<p>Are you a highly organized and proactive individual with a passion for optimizing operations within the dynamic world of fashion retail? M&A Apparel Group — home to The Blanks, The Blanks Her, and Supplied, our manufacturing and sourcing arm — is seeking an exceptional Production & Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team in Cairo, Egypt. This is an exciting on-site, full-time opportunity for an experienced professional to make a significant impact on our end-to-end supply chain, from fabric to finished product to the shelf.</p><p><strong>Overview:</strong><br>As our Production & Supply Chain Coordinator, you will be at the heart of our operational excellence, ensuring seamless flow from production to delivery. Your single most important responsibility: our on-ground showrooms — Locally, Lokal, Go Native, and others — always have exactly the stock they need to hit their sales targets. You will own this end to end, and you carry sole responsibility for whether our on-ground sales targets are met. If you thrive on challenges and possess a meticulous eye for detail, this role is for you.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><p><strong>Own Showroom Performance:</strong> Track daily sales at every on-ground showroom against target, and treat any gap as your responsibility to close. This is the core measure of your success in this role.</p></li><li><p><strong>Manage Stock Flow Between Warehouse and Showrooms:</strong> Continuously monitor stock levels at each showroom, identify fast-movers before they run out, and coordinate restocks in time to protect sales. When a showroom is overstocked or a style is underperforming, pull stock back to the online warehouse so it isn't sitting idle where it can't sell.</p></li><li><p><strong>Orchestrate Production Schedules:</strong> Plan, monitor, and coordinate production activities with our factories and workshops to meet deadlines and quality standards for our fashion lines.</p></li><li><p><strong>Optimize Supply Chain Flow:</strong> Manage the entire supply chain, from raw material and fabric sourcing to final distribution across our online warehouse and on-ground showrooms, ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely delivery.</p></li><li><p><strong>Strategic Purchasing:</strong> Execute purchasing strategies, negotiate with suppliers, and manage factory and vendor relationships to secure the best terms and quality for materials and services.</p></li><li><p><strong>Robust Stock Control:</strong> Oversee inventory levels across all channels, implement effective stock control measures, and conduct regular audits — reconciled against Shopify — to minimize discrepancies and optimize warehousing.</p></li><li><p><strong>Analytical Insight:</strong> Use sales and stock data to identify trends, forecast demand by showroom, and recommend where stock should move next before a shortage or surplus happens.</p></li><li><p><strong>Logistics Management:</strong> Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics between factories, the warehouse, and each showroom, ensuring efficient transportation.</p></li><li><p><strong>Quality Assurance:</strong> Implement and monitor quality control processes throughout production before anything ships.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Skills & Technologies:</strong><br>You'll draw on expertise in Logistics, Production Planning, Supply Chain Management, and Purchasing daily. Proficiency in Fashion Retail Operations, Stock Control, and Inventory Management is essential, along with strong Excel/Sheets skills and comfort working inside Shopify's inventory system. Strong data analysis capabilities will be key — you need to read sales numbers fast enough to move stock before a showroom sells out or gets overstocked.</p><p><strong>Growth Opportunities:</strong><br>We're committed to your professional development. This role offers a clear path for advancement — deepen your expertise in supply chain optimization, retail operations, and strategic sourcing as M&A Apparel Group expands its showroom footprint and production infrastructure.</p><p><strong>Team & Culture:</strong><br>Join a collaborative, fast-moving team where your contributions directly show up in the numbers. We foster a dynamic environment focused on hitting targets together, and this role sits at the center of that — the person who makes sure product is always where the sales are.</p><p><strong>Impact:</strong><br>Your work is the difference between a showroom hitting its target and missing it. You're not just managing logistics — you're directly accountable for whether our on-ground sales goals are met, and you're the one making sure every store has exactly what it needs, exactly when it needs it.</p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li><p><strong>Relevant Experience:</strong> 2–4 years of progressive experience in Logistics, Production, Supply Chain, or Retail Operations, with fashion or apparel experience is a must.</p></li><li><p><strong>Local Network:</strong> Existing relationships with local factories, workshops, and suppliers — you'll be negotiating pricing and lead times from day one.</p></li><li><p><strong>Core Competencies:</strong> Demonstrated proficiency in Production Planning, Supply Chain Management, Purchasing, and Stock Control across multiple retail locations.</p></li><li><p><strong>Analytical Acumen:</strong> Comfortable reading sales and stock data to forecast demand by showroom and act on it before a shortage or surplus happens.</p></li><li><p><strong>Operational Tools:</strong> Strong Excel/Sheets skills and hands-on comfort with Shopify inventory; familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.</p></li><li><p><strong>Communication & Negotiation:</strong> Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills — you'll be dealing with factories, suppliers, and showroom partners in the same week.</p></li><li><p><strong>Language:</strong> Fluent Arabic, good English.</p></li><li><p><strong>Education:</strong> A relevant Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or equivalent practical experience.</p></li><li><p><strong>Ownership Mindset:</strong> This role carries sole accountability for whether our on-ground sales targets are met — we need someone who treats a stockout or a missed target as their problem to solve, not someone else's.</p></li></ul><p></p>
<p><br></p><p>THE ROLE</p><p>With 95%+ of releases automated and pre-approved, change here isn't a queue to push through, it's the exceptions that actually carry risk. You're the one who catches them, makes sure they're properly documented before they reach the CAB, and tracks whether the whole change process is actually working. One person holds this end to end, because at this scale, the discipline matters more than the headcount.</p><p>WHAT YOU LL DO</p><ul><li>Triage incoming RFCs, validating completeness, risk, and rollback documentation for those needing CAB review</li><li>Prepare the weekly CAB agenda and supporting pack</li><li>Track change KPIs, including success rate, lead time, and emergency-change ratio</li><li>Coordinate scheduling with the deployment calendar and concurrent changes</li><li>Run post-implementation reviews for failed changes</li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>WHAT WE RE LOOKING FOR</p><ul><li>2+ years of experience</li><li>Background in change management or operations coordination</li><li>ITIL-aligned knowledge of change management practices</li><li>Comfortable operating within a highly-automated CI/CD estate</li></ul><p>YOU LL THRIVE HERE IF YOU</p><ul><li>You'd rather catch a missing rollback plan before CAB than after a change fails</li><li>You treat a change KPI as a signal to investigate, not just a number to report</li><li>You can coordinate scheduling across multiple concurrent changes without losing track of any of them</li><li>You're comfortable being the one exception-handling function in an otherwise highly automated pipeline</li></ul>
