We are looking for an experienced Industrial Projects Engineer to lead industrial projects end-to-end—from feasibility studies and technical evaluation to installation, commissioning, and successful start-up of production lines and equipment. Key Responsibilities Conduct feasibility studies for new industrial projects (technical, operational, and cost evaluation). Prepare project plans, schedules, scope of work, budgets, and required technical documentation. Evaluate proposed projects and provide recommendations on feasibility, resources, timelines, and expected costs. Manage project execution including installation, commissioning, and start-up of industrial equipment and production lines. Review and validate engineering drawings, layouts, equipment specifications, and all technical documents. Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and equipment suppliers to ensure smooth delivery and quality. Work closely with Procurement & Purchasing to secure equipment, materials, and spare parts. Monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure delivery in line with timeline, quality, and technical requirements. Prepare and maintain project documentation including progress reports, method statements, and commissioning documents. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering6–9 years of experience in industrial projects (factories, production lines, industrial equipment) Strong and proven experience in feasibility studies is a MUSTExperience in project execution, equipment installation, commissioning, and start-up Strong experience coordinating with contractors, consultants, and equipment suppliers Solid knowledge of project planning, documentation, cost evaluation, and technical coordination Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills
